Poor Man's Car Bomb?

I suppose you work with what you have available, especially when you're desperate and don't care about your victims. Is PETA gonna get involved, and is there going to be an outcry like when the video surfaced of someone over there gassing a puppy?

    Uh...didn't this "same" story get printed about 3 or 4 times already as a first? As far back as 2004, there are reports like this. The first was an attack in 2004 in Ramadi. Maybe at an inn?

    The Ramadi Inn, I think, yeah, that's the ticket.

    This story must mean it's a slow news day in London.
