  6. Two short years ago, when I went to work on this project in the middle of the Specific, I was a trim 223 lbs.

    I am now a "slightly less trim" 255 lbs.

    Like I tell my doctor; muscle weighs more than fat!

    Now... If y'all will excuse me... my lasagna is ready.
