All praise be to his majesty Hugo Chavez! How wonderful for him to bestow such a meaningful and "green" gift upon his humble servants. Maybe China will follow his lead and start giving back land they have bought (but "will not occur before 2020").
Here's a few more of my dumb questions. How did uncle Hugo get that land in the first place? And, how much more of Amerika does he own? (probably more than we do) And, will his boy-toy/mouthpiece/shill/dupe Joe Keneddy be there for the festivities?
Chavez is an experienced con-artist and is smart enough to take advantage of an empty suit like Obomber. (see: book gift photo-op) He realizes there's a know-nothing in the WH now, so he'll play it for all it's worth. To him.

Petty's Island belonged to Citgo. Citgo belongs to Venezuela. Venezuela belongs to Uncle Hugo. It was once used as a petro storage facility.
