Every Red Blooded American should jump in line to support the Green Bay Packers! The Packers defeated the Chicago Bears thus earning them the opportunity to go to the Super Bowl.
By doing so, they saved the Hard-Working, Red Blooded, Taxpaying Americans literally several million dollars of tax money. How you say? Simple... we were told that if theChicago Bears had won that President Obama (and probably his family) would be attending the Super Bowl to cheer on his hometown team.
Since the Bears lost...the President won't be attending. The money saved from not using Air Force 1, the limousines, all the additional security, and let's not forget Michelle Obama's entourage, is literally several million dollars!
Therefore every American should cheer on the Green Bay Packers at the Super Bowl to show them our gratitude.
(Besides, Ben Roethlisberger likes to rape college aged women.)

as I said over at moonbattery - when Obama figures out that there is an opening for Pharaoh of Egypt - he just may scoot over there and run for election - with his African papers, he's qualified.
I'm watching, but only as a yearly Super Bowl watcher. Couldn't care less about the teams.
I read this morning about Mrs. Knownothingbama talking about the DNC 2012 Convention. She's 'glad' it's in Charlotte NC, because of the great BBQ there. Which surprised the locals, they're NOT known for BBQ. It's even got some of the local Dems pissed because she was stereotyping southerners.

Welcome back Lady-Bug. Steve and i were just about to throw the last shovel-full of dirt on this place and say some words over it.
That's funny. I thought NC has some of the best BBQ in the country.

NC has not ONE well known BBQ but TWO different styles of well known BBQ. And damned near THREE.
They both are vinegar based, Eastern style is less sweet. Usually whole hog, long cook, sometimes 10 to 12 hrs. Lexington BBQ is sweeter, still vinegar based, but they prefer the shoulders, cook time is half as long. Most use hickory for smoke.
When you get to SC and along the border with NC, it's mustard based.
In NC only Yankees eat chicken with any kind of BBQ sauce. At BBQ places chicken is almost always fried.
Personally I like a more Memphis type like I grew up with in KY. And, believe it or not, I prefer it on MUTTON. Which is an east KY, Owensboro area thing.
But as a stand alone, Charlotte, being a big city has a mix of all styles of BBQ, none their OWN. There's a guy there with a truck who sells Memphis style downtown who sells out by mid morning most days.
I'd bet it was HIS Mrs Knownothing ate. He's big with the 'in set', bankers and out of towners who get his stuff catered in.
I'm not sure WTF I'm doing Sunday for the ball game. The kids are all working. (good tips for pizza delivery that day) Mrs. Schteveo is headed out to Pootsville to see her Aunt, and the dog likes baseball.
It just means that much more chicken wings, Chinese Food and onion dip for me, I guess.
