If this story had come from anywhere other than Mexifornia it would be shocking. But out there in the twilight zone, that leftist utopia by the sea, it's just business-as-usual.
Mexifornia's school children will now be forced to learn about, and accept, the gay lifestyle. And just so they don't miss anyone, this mandated brain-washing will start with (kids in kindergarten) Apparently, things like strongly-held religious beliefs and family-taught values and morals are being swept aside simply to placate radical gays, a very small, but very loud group which has managed to get itself seen as, "special above and beyond all others". Why would gays do this? One of the things many gays do, especially the radical activists, is to recruit as many into their cause and lifestyle as possible. Bigger numbers mean a louder voice, a louder voice means more political power, and more political power means getting whatever they want, whenever they want it. Of course, there are many who would say that condition already exists. But for radical gays, even having everything (gay marriage laws, gay military, special protection laws, etc.) is still not enough.
Radical gays understand that never before have they had a govt. in power that is more favorable to their cause, even though the Liar-in-Chief makes public statements to the contrary, such as, "marriage being between a man and a woman". Then again, he lies about everything else so why should this topic be any different. One of the biggest concerns here is that, like so many other things coming out of the west-coast Twilight Zone, this "clear form of child abuse" will, like political correctness, infect the entire country. If it is allowed to spread, what will a future America look like? And, could it look any worse than today's America? I wonder when we'll read about the first parent being arrested for refusing to allow his child to be brain-washed...

Spider, all this does is chase more people OUT of California. OR it puts that many more into the push for splitting the state into NorCal and SoCal.
Personally, I like the split idea.
If they did that, NorCal would be broke in 6 months and defaulted. SoCal would be beating people away from it's EASTERN Borders to slow down influx! And their economy would be off the hook, rampant.
OH, and I forgot this.
People in SoCal would have to hire LEGAL immigrants. Because the SoCAl government WOULD stop ALL the border jumping. They'd be checking to see IF Little Juanito and Juanita had Green Cards to get into school. Mamasita and Dadito would need them to work too. And with 100 miles of working border between Mexico and idiot liberals in L.A., somebody would need to sneak illegals in via Santa Monica Pier!
Well, so long as none of the moonbeams are allowed to sneak in, i think it's a great idea. Can you imagine what NorCal would look like? MS-13 would probably be the new govt. and the Bloods would be the new LAPD.
Maybe i was wrong. Maybe Mexifornia's "Moonbeam'ism" is spreading. It seems the state of Colorado is now vying for the title of, "Nanny State Capital". And, as is usual for them, the Left will gladly use children to further their agenda.

I teacher per child? Are they nucking futs? Most parents don't have that ratio.
And if you could afford THAT at a Day Care center, wouldn't you just hire that one person, to keep Little Timmy or Little Susie AT your HOME?!
CO is going to push more people AND businesses into Idaho, just like CA is pushing them into AZ.
NY doesn't plan on being left out. This is how activists make radical ideas become "main-stream".
NY Post 7-18-11:
"With the ink barely dry on New York's same-sex-marriage law, city summer-school teachers are already discussing same-sex nuptials in their civics classes, The Post has learned.
And the head of the state Board of Regents said lessons on gay marriage will soon make their way into New York's official curriculum.
"We have to do it. We have to think of where to do it," said Chancellor Merryl Tisch.
"We have to think of, how we do discuss gay marriage thoughtfully, respectfully and sensitively. There has to be age-appropriateness."
Social-studies teacher Rick Mangone said he has already incorporated the issue into a lesson for his summer-school class on US government..."
