This shot was sent to me today by the Mrs upstate NY. since we are having work done at home this week I sent them all to a friend's house. The last time my kids saw a gun up close, as far as I know, was when I went shooting while in Costa Rica 2 years ago. An important skill to have along with many others. I approve.
Looks more like a Ruger .22, as a BB gun wouldn't have a side bolt. Good for her, because with the way the country's going, her generation may need to be proficient with firearms if they want to be free.
Do you realize that your child will become a gun-crazed killer thanks to you? She should be saving Polar Bears at the Artic Circle which will soon be a tropical zone, or in the Congo saving all those poor children. You know, the ones with all the flies on them.
I had my son target shooting with my .357 at age 8 (loaded with .38s of course, didnt wanna scare him to bad) When something becomes less of a mystery, the urge to abuse it declines.
Jeffrey, yeah, I agree, that's a good theory, and if my parents had given me the right "fun" drugs, and louder rock 'n roll, I could have made something out of my life, through bypassing that whole teen aged rebellion phase.
When my daughter was about 3 or 4, she showed a great deal of curiosity toward my hand gun when i came home from work. Rather than scolding her and creating more curiosity, I unloaded it and let her hold it a few times. After that, i would deliberately leave it laying around, unloaded of course. She never bothered to even look at it again.
Anon, why shouldn't he spend money on vacation like that!? Bush took vacations, Clinton took vacations, the other Bush took vacations, Reagan too vacations...oh...wait, they all went to places they OWNED, we didn't have to RENT some place!!
Obama is used to hand outs, this is just another one. I can't see why the AA community isn't blowing their lids over this. If Bush spent 20 bucks they howled about waste!!

Hmmm .... a tropical zone? with 6 months of sunfilled beach time and 6 months of wild night life?
And a bar with 24/7 happy hour?
Welcome to Club Baby Seals

I did the same thing. Did you also hold up liquor stores?
Liquor stores? I'm not black. I did high-line card games.
