Texas INVADED by Foreign Troops!!! Not really.

OK, what would the UN say if WE did this!? What would happen if the U.S. Military drove trucks into Mexico!
.
A convoy of three military trucks loaded with Mexican soldiers crosses the border
at Bridge Number Two clearly violating international law.

It happens as Customs and Border Protection inspectors try to figure out what to do.

A CBP spokesperson says they got on the phone with Mexican authorities after being alerted that the military trucks were heading their direction loaded down with soldiers and weapons.

Mexican leaders say the soldiers, who had just been deployed to Nuevo Laredo, didn't know the area, got lost and then made their way through Bridge Two.
.
Seriously? They were NEW to the area and got LOST?

Aw, what a crock of crapl'ola! For three miles, before you get to the border on EITHER side, there are signs saying in English and Spanish, "International Border, 3 Miles, last 3 Exits." Then, oddly, it COUNTS down, "...Last 2 Exits.", "...Last Exit Before Border Checkpoints."

Not to mention the freakin' traffic at the crossings.

I have no idea WHY they did this, but anyone who has ever been down there knows that this was NOT an 'accident'. What a complete bunch of PC crap this is.

I think they were hoping the 3 Marines from a recent previous post were on duty and surrendered the remnants of the US to them.

Hasta luego. Revolvan en proxima semana.

AP 6-24-11:
Last Friday, Texas Gov. Rick Perry signed into law a repeal of the federal government incandescent light bulb ban. Any incandescent light bulbs manufactured and sold in Texas now steer clear of the authority of the federal government and the 2007 energy act, which started phasing out the bulbs next year.

As Texas State Representative George Lavender put it, "Let there be light." Rep. Lavender, R-Texarkana, was quoted by Fox News from his Facebook page after the bill passed saying, "It will allow the continued manufacture and sale of incandescent light bulbs in Texas, even after the federal ban goes into effect. … It's a good day for Texas."

Texas might be the first successful state to overturn the light bulb ban, but South Carolina has advanced similar legislation as well as Arizona, though it was vetoed by Gov. Jan Brewer.

"The government is attempting to micromanage our decisions as consumers," says Bill Wilson, president of Americans for Limited Government (ALG), about the legislation passed to ban the incandescent light bulbs. "The federal government has no power to tell any citizen what types of lighting they are allowed to use."

Hey, quit worrying about light bulbs! Once we are a Protectorate of Mexico, we'll get out old bulbs back!

Job creation in NYC:

Divorces will double over the next few years as gay marriages are now legal.

Jiffy Lube franchises expected to rise.

Crisco salesmen wanted as "fat in the can" becomes more prevalent.

Lawyers for suits against any houses of worship, or those who won't perform services to gay marriages, will have a bonanza if they don't cowtow to the new laws.
