The only people who would deny what's in that letter are those living in places like NYC, San Fracisco, and other leftist swamps. The rest of us, unfortunately, know it to be factual. And the worst part of it? None of those things could've/would've happend without we-the-people allowing it. The only question now is, can we reverse what has been done.
There are many in the country who truly believe that we can not, simply because we've been too weak, too tolerant, and too dumb for way too long, a fact the govt is very well aware of. In fact, there are experts who say that many of the radical changes made by the Obamunists in the last two years (may not) be able to be changed, stopped, or reversed, even if we take back control of congress. That means we may be stuck with these Marxist ideas, laws, rules and regulations for generations, proving once again that when we-the-people are guided by our weakness and stupidity, the results can (and will) be incredibly destructive and painful.
Is there a solution? IMO, yes, but it's a radcial one which would require the use (or serious threat) of armed force by the people, something that very, very few Americans have the stomach for. Personally, i believe most people would simply resign themselves to living under these conditions so long as they're allowed to bitch and moan about them and continue watching their TV shows.
Here is what bothers me, everything in the letter is correct, butt Prince Harry Reid still has a chance to be re-elected, so will there really be any change? 23 days till the lawyers take over.
I'll buy ANYTHING in that article and agree heartily, but NOT the Katrina thing!!
Neither Bush nor FEMA screwed up or drug their feet. It was Kathleen "Blame Bush" Blanco and Ray "Brown Nawlins" Nagin who REFUSED to call the Feds BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the hurricane. They are also the ones who turned down both AMTRAK and Trailways / Greyhound when those companies offered to move as many people as they could for the 72 hours before the storm.
Bush wasn't the best President we ever had, but I'll not side with Coon-yay West that he hates black people and allowed that crap down there.
