Watching Fox News, Judge Napolitano says send him to a military tribunal, don't Mirandize him. Glenn Beck says use the Constitution. Treason gets the death penalty. Judge N says, charge him with mayhem, or some such lesser charge, that WILL stick, that gets him life, no possibility of parole. GB, says, go for treason, plain and simple. I say sweat every ounce of intel out over the next 72 hours, read him, judge him, shoot him, by...Friday or Saturday. Let Allah sort it out.

although I'm enthusiastically behind shortening this guys life span for treasonous activities, I'm pretty sure "no food" falls into that pesky cruel and unusual category. Feed him, and well, I say. Today, tomorrow, all through the trial on Thursday, and a BIG breakfast on Friday morning.
