On CNN, and especially on MSNBC this morning, (i always learn more from watching the enemy) the hot button topic today is this pastor in FL. who has decided to burn a copy of the Quran. Ironically, but not at all surprising, is the fact that these same elitist Leftists, the ones who are always preaching tolerance to and demanding tolerance from those of us on the Right, the same ones who have an abundance of tolerance for the Mooselambs who want to build a mosque, (see: Islamic military shrine) at Ground Zero, now have absolutely no tolerance for the "Constitutionally protected rights" of this pastor. Of course, these same Leftist cretins would be applauding (and eager to defend) the pastor had he decided to burn the Bible, or the Constitution, or the American flag.
So hot is this issue right now, that the Marxist-in-Chief himself had to make a comment, one condemning the pastor of course. Mooselambs always stick together. Even fat and haggard-looking Hitlary came out against the pastor. But the one that surprised me was Gen. Petrais (sp.) when he said that this burning would help Al-Qaeda recruit more terrorists. It was the exact excuse used by comrade Odumbo, Hitlary, and the Leftist maggots of the MSM. Are these people so brain-dead, so detached from reality, that they actually believe Al-Q needs an excuse to recruit? Do they still not get it that our very existence is a recruiting tool for Al-Q?
CNN interviewed some Mooselamb woman in Chicago who said she was upset by the actions of this pastor because it interfered with her teaching her daughter about tolerance. CNN's talking head was of course sympathetic. I would have told her that if you truly want to teach your child about tolerance, take her on a tour of Ground Zero, and the USS Cole, and Kobar Towers, the railway stations in the UK and Spain, and all the US embassies that radical Mooselambs had blown up. Show her the bodies of thousands of innocent civilians butchered by radical Mooselambs in the name of Islam. Then inform her that the main reason she's in Chicago, USA, on TV, and not hanging from a lamp post, the reason the middle east is not covered with millions of burning Mooselamb bodies, is because of America's tolerance, albeit highly misguided...

I have no problem with Obama speaking out against the quran burning as long he also says that the pastor has a constitutionally protected right to do so

Perhaps the MSM should show that video of those American contractors who were butchered in Iraq, then hung on that bridge and had their bodies set on fire and left there for days while mobs of onlookers danced and cheered. Let people view that video over and over again, (unedited) and let them decide if it's more or less offensive than burning a book.
While I think this is an act of complete stupidity, I would defend it under that pesky 1st Amendment thingy the left hates so much. Then there's that silly oath I took too,
