The main thing is that the kid wasn't injured. Now try punishing the brain-dead parents, (and they should be punished) without hurting the kids. They should also see if any of the brainless TV people instigated this, and drop a building on them too!

No, I feel sorry for kids of idiot parents regardless of "airtime".
I've got a 17 y/o niece that needs an ass kicking right now, because she believes a bunch of crap, that her father and her Pizza Hut boss are pushing. Her heart is in the way of her head, and her head is too smoked up to think. The smoke part IS her fault, she knows it's affecting her. But I feel sorry for her because of the idiot adults in that other half of her life anyway. They have had opportunities and squandered them. And there are two adults right there, who are barely smart enough to WATCH television, much less get any airtime.

And therein lies the dilemma. How to punish the parents without hurting those kids. I don't think you can. And from what i saw of mommy and daddy on TV, they're not done looking for their 15 minutes. A book deal? A movie? Oprah? You know how those commiewood maggotts are when they smell a buck.
But Spidie, you cut a fine line, when you decide that it "punishes" the kids to remove them from a NUT JOB home life and place them with decent folk.
This kinda dovetails with what I told Goo Bear, I firmly believe that it's not blood that makes you a parent. These storm chasing, fame junkie, lying @$$munchers prove it.
