Six in ten people questioned in a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Wednesday believe that some of the procedures, such as water boarding, were a form of torture, with 36 percent disagreeing.
But half the public approves of the Bush administration's decision to use of those techniques during the questioning of suspected terrorists, with 50 percent in approval and 46 percent opposed.
"What should I do? I know! Let's take a poll and see what the majority of people think!"
Thank God the majority of Americans have the correct opinion THIS TIME. But what about when they don't?

First you actually torture them in public by a variety of methods. Then you decapitate the one who knows the least and hand the bloody, driping head in front of the "detainee's face". The you slowly cut off the "detainee's" genitals and make a third suspect eat them. Then you have Barney Frank and Nancy Pelosi have sex with each other in front of them and then with the alleged suspects.
You will never have to ask any questions, all the information will come forth without any further insistance.

You see, Bush, the dumbest president in history (according to Pelosi) convinced her to approve torture with slick talk and wiley deception. Just like when the majority of Democrats voted for the war - they will tell you they were smoozed (by the dumbest man in the world).

Public opinion has been running in favor of whatever was done to the terrorists, in spite of what the lying media maggotts and their commie pals in congress have been trying to pass off as the truth. And since Obummer has spent the last 100 days campaigning for the 2012 election, he's a bit worried that his worshipers may be getting restless. That's the reason for his 180 degree turn.
