I think it's a perfectly sensible govt. idea. Why bother screening your employees, when it's easier to simply disappoint hundreds-of-millions of kids around the world. Maybe it's time the people started "going postal".
Here's another useless bit of gov't beaurocracy which has outlived it's usefulness, The USPS.
So...why isn't the gov't bailing them out? My guess is they already own them and it would be a waste of time, whereas they can spend our money going after private property (businesses, etc.)

I think it's time the CHILDREN went postal!
