Tomorrow, March 2nd, the SCOTUS will hear yet another assault on the 2nd Amendment from all the usual suspects. This time, it seems the argument centers around whether their last decision applies to the states as well as the federal government. And this time, the anti-gun Nazi's are coming ready to fight because they feel this may be their last real shot at disarming law-abiding Americans.
Of course, all the usual idiotic arguments will be made, like how gun owners cause crime rates to go up, and how thousands of "children" are killed by guns each year, which may be true. What is also true is that they're not killed by "legal" gun owners, but that's a fact that's not discussed. Also true is the fact that the majority of young black men on our streets are armed with illegal guns, and all the anti-gun laws and regulations will do nothing about that!
What this is in fact, is another attempt by the Left "to ban (all) firearms". They have been trying this for decades, and they will not stop! Keep your fingers crossed...

Hey Kids, I have a query. But first some background, like we need to rehash it. We know that the libs keep screaming about crime, guns, crime and black youth, black youth gun crime, ad infintum, ad nauseum!!
And the libs and the NAACP keep saying the AA community wants guns off their streets and that making guns illegal makes them harder to get into the hands of the gang bangers. There's a...here it comes...consensus. I know the NAACP is full of it, but what I NEVER heard about the Chitown story until today is, the gentleman who brought the suit is B - L - A - C - K himself!!

So Miss Latiker thinks her community has enough guns. But now she worries that law-abiding citizens will be able to protect themselves? Why isn't she fighting the illegal guns? Why isn't she demanding the criminal justice system get really tough on crimes committed with guns?
The misguided argument from the anti-gun crowd is always the same. "Keep law-abiding citizens from owning guns and we'll all be safer". Yet every study ever done, and all the factual information available shows the opposite to be true.
Perhaps they believe if you disarm the legal gun owners, (since they obviously are incapable/unwilling to disarm criminals) that will at least eliminate some of the guns out there. That's true, but what does it leave? The solution for the gun crime problem is the same as it's always been. HEAVY, MANDATORY JAIL TIME EVEN FOR FIRST OFFENDERS! it's seems rather simple to me, but i'm not a liberal.
