Even the AP thinks Jesus Saves!!

.
Most of you have much more formal education than I amassed. Having said that, and I've said before, I'm as unimpressed with higher education as I could ever be. Most people cease learning at about 15 or 16. After that, they just pass the tests to get through it. To prove they aren't very smart, a majority of them voted for Barrack Hussein Obama last year, right?

To prove my point, the Associated Press gets skewered regularly by us for idiot phrasing and word use. Today's entry is a dilly. The topic is natural gas. Oddly, it appears that it's in the Middle East where most of the oil already lies buried. Here's the headline, emphasis, mine, all mine!!
.
.
Gas could be the CALVARY in global warming fight
.
.
The article is about natural gas finds. But is it really under where Jesus was crucified? No, it's here in North America actually. I've read a number of articles about it recently.
.
But the AP, has done a boo boo with respect to phrasing. The headline clearly says, natural gas is THE SAVIOR, I still don't think that's what they meant to say. How often does the MSM talk down any possibility of the existence of the Judeo-Christian God? Every day, that's how often. Why now, then, use that as an example?
.
Here's what I think. The word they actually meant to use was CAVALRY, as in, John Wayne, on a horse, saber in hand, charges in to save the wagon train. But they used the word many people use for that, a malapropism, CALVARY, the place where a quite different savior was known to have once been.
.
They could, of course meant that natural gas would save us the way Jesus did, or does, but I really doubt that was their point. Especially given their ongoing war against Jesus, his followers and given the MSM's propensity for total and undeniable idiocy.

Yes but if you surveyed and found the average educational level of those whom voted for obama I think you would them as a class to be stunningly below the educational and intellectual level of those whom voted otherwise.

It's already well established that the majority of everybody is stupid, even before counting the women

Missy,
my sweet friend from the Garden State, I agree with you wholeheartedly. They were a bunch of silly buffoons. But America's educational and intellectual levels, unfortunately, are no longer raised by increasing the number of years of formal education. As a matter of my observance, thu more they goes ta skul, thu dummer they gits!!!

Until finally, the twits elect a bunch of Fascists who sell out their neighbors for their own good. And Ta Da, we get federal insurance programs and probably a civil war, or two.

You're right Steve. In spite of what most people think, schooling can only provide you with an education. Only life in the real world can make you smart, if you let it.

BTW, is that top comment really from our Missy? Hmmm...
