And Justice For All (except Demoncrats)

Here are two stories about justice, DC-style justice.
Does anyone really think fat Algore didn't have his hands all over those women in his hotel rooms? Is anyone surprised that the Climate King was looking for a quickie? And, did you really think the authorities would file charges against The Man Who Would Be King, in spite of the complaints by several women, and other evidence?

Then there's NY Rep. Charlie Rangel, the longest serving liar, thief, and con-artist, in congress. Charlie was found to have blatantly violated at least 13 major ethics rules, with several of those violations being actual federal crimes, such as mail fraud and tax evasion. Fact is, Charlie has been ducking subpoenas and grand juries most of his political career, a career built on defiance and arrogance. You see, Charlie believes that only fools, (ie: you and me) have to pay tax and obey the laws. (he must hang out with John Kerry) It looks like, once again, old Charlie's gonna get a get-out-of-jail-free card. And when the media maggotts asked people up in Harlem what should be done with Charlie, they gave answers like, "gives him anutter chance", "we loves him", dis is all da White mans fault", "why don't dey pick on all dem White guys". Surprised? I'm not...

AZ law torn to shreds

There's little to say here, except, buy more bullets and more beans, we're going to need them.
Federal Judge Blocks Portions of Arizona Illegal Immigration Law
A federal judge on Wednesday blocked some of the toughest provisions in the Arizona illegal immigration law, putting on hold the state's attempt to have local police enforce federal immigration policy.

Though the rest of the law is still set to go into effect Thursday, the partial injunction on SB 1070 means Arizona, for the time being, will not be able to require police officers to determine the immigration status of anyone they stop or arrest.

U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton also struck down the section of law that makes it a crime not to carry immigration registration papers and the provision that makes it a crime for an illegal immigrant to seek or perform work.

Click here to read the ruling.

In all, Bolton struck down four sections of the law, the ones that opponents called the most controversial. Bolton said she was putting those sections on hold until the courts resolve the issues.

The ruling said the Obama administration, which sought the injunction, is likely to "succeed on the merits" in showing the above provisions are preempted by federal law.

"The court by no means disregards Arizona's interests in controlling illegal immigration and addressing the concurrent problems with crime including the trafficking of humans, drugs, guns, and money," the ruling said. "Even though Arizona's interests may be consistent with those of the federal government, it is not in the public interest for Arizona to enforce preempted laws."

A number of provisions will still go into effect as the case is litigated. Arizona will be able to block state officials from so-called "sanctuary city" policies limiting enforcement of federal law; require that state officials work with federal officials on illegal immigration; allow civil suits over sanctuary cities; and make it a crime to pick up day laborers.

The ruling came just as police were making last-minute preparations to begin enforcement of the law and protesters were planning large demonstrations to speak out against the measure. At least one group planned to block access to federal offices, daring officers to ask them about their immigration status.

One more step closer to open warfare to take back our country.

In a sane world...

In a sane world, Bradley Manning and Julian Assange, would be dead by noon.

Personally, I think Manning is a traitor and should be treated (executed) as such. Assange is a foreigner and should be charged with espionage. Then he should be executed.
Can you say Julius and Ethel Rosenberg?

A Word To The Wise?

Should we be surprised if we start getting subpoenas in the mail? It seems some enterprising little maggot has found a way to perhaps get very rich without doing any real work. This guy's buying-up all the old copyrighted news stories he can find, (which then makes them his property) then going after bloggers who may have used "any" of that content on the Internet! (is that just about all of us?) He then sends his legal attack dogs after you, and figuring you won't want a court battle, pushes for a quick settlement. ($$) Cute. According to the article, his first target is, (ta da) a Conservative web site, which should give you a hint as to his political leanings.

Unless some judge puts this nitwit in a padded cell, this could turn out to be a very serious problem for tens-of-millions of people on the internet. It could also mean this clown will have to open his own bank just to hold some of the money that could be coming his way. You've been warned...

Tree-huggers' Disease

Humanitarian crisis at the Gaza Mall

The expected end of a high speed chase

Well boys & girls, when you decide to run from the police, you know what to expect, unfortunately the innocent sometimes get to suffer with you.

The article isn's such a big deal, but somebody videoed the medical crew and aircraft. Unfortunately, I was working nights, so this was the day crew who get to be famous. At the end of the article are some pictures and a short video. The thing to think about is the tight space this pilot was in (wires, traffic, large patient, and a hot day with altitude, 7,000 ft). The pilot had to back up, set down to cool off the engine, then make a running start over the officer's head to get out of there. Did I mention that the pilot is a legal eastern European immigrant?

I love my job.

Hugo Would Be Proud

So how would you feel if next pay day, and every pay day, your employer turned over every bit of information on your paycheck (and in your personal payroll records) to, not just the IRS, but the Obamunists in the WH? Why would your boss do that? Well, to keep from being fined or being sent to jail.

It seems the Marxist-in-Chief wants to know every single thing about what you do and how much you earn, whether you work in the private sector or not. The excuse, oops, i mean reason, they're using this time is not the children, as they usually do. This time the victims are, "the women", specifically, black women. (gee, what a surprise) You see, Comrade Odumbo feels black women aren't getting enough money and promotions. No, the words "earned or deserve" don't appear in this new legislation, and if they did, it would probably be considered racist. In fact, in all the attacks by this govt. on our freedom and liberty, this may be the largest assault on our personal privacy yet perpetrated.

Now for my opinion;
Not since the street-wars i fought in the early 60's have i seen this country as racially divided as it's become since the Marxist was elected, in spite of the fact that during his campaign, he claimed he would eliminate that divide. (IMO, widening it was part of his plan all along) How did he eliminate it? Well, he started by being the first (and only) candidate to inject race into that campaign, sending a very clear message to black America. (remember how John McLoser was running around defending himself for making racial remarks, "that he never made"?) Many Whites are starting to realize that every piece of legislation pushed by Odumbo clearly favors black Americans over White Americans, and the Obamunists don't seem to care how obvious it's becoming.

America had better pray that those war-like days of the 60's don't come back, because if they do, it'll make Afghanistan look like Disney Land...

Post racial my ass

I won't dispute the "bitch" part of her description

Uh Oh!

My only comment on this story is, LMAO !!!!

CBS lets you rate the president

This is good

It's about (re)education

It's About Health?

Millions of Americans are investing in gold because of the fear they have about our country's future and economy, and the destructive things this Marxist government is doing to both. Personally, i thought about getting involved in gold about three years ago, but unfortunately, (perhaps) thinking about it is all i did.

Apparently, some of the incompetent, lying crooks in congress have been watching also, but for a totally different reason. Their reason for watching? To make sure they take anything you may earn. And, in this new age of "transparency", they hid their plan deep inside the so-called Health Care legislation that was shoved down our throats. Not being one of the elected lying crooks, i can't say what gold has to do with the health plan, other than it's a neat place to hide a law that will further erode our liberty and freedom, and gives the already notorious IRS the power of Hitler's SS. Of course, this may not be a big deal to those who are not invested in gold. But, what could turn out to be a "very" big deal, is what else is lurking in that massive, unreadable, largely unknown, "health care" bill that is now law?

I wonder if our grandchildren will look back at this time in our history and wonder why, and how, we could have been so weak and stupid as to allow all this to happen...

A simple misunderstanding.

As most of you know, I just moved. I left Wake County NC, and now inhabit Johnston County. Part of the reason I moved was the idiot lib thinking in Raleighwood / Wacky County gub'ment. That, and the number of (liberal) people who don't understand Majority Rule, the Rule of Law, or how the world works.
In the last school board election, the OLD board (who supported socio-economic diversity via busing) was voted out. It took voters of EVERY walk of life, every corner of the county, every district to make the change. The new board supports neighborhood schools, that was the platform the individuals ran on and WHY voters said they voted them in.
But in that county a VERY vocal minority is screaming racism, segregation and Jim Crow.
In a county of almost 1 million people, ONE THOUSAND marched to protest the school board meeting today. The cops arrested 19 inside and a few outside. Most outside had been arrested LAST month after they refused to let the board hold a peaceful meeting, and were told NOT to return under threat of trespassing charges.
Needless to say, the local MSM is part of the problem. Here's a blurb
"I feel like if they took the time to listen to what people had to say … and make eye contact with the people who are actually trying to talk about what is going on, maybe they could see some change," an unidentified protester said while being escorted into the bus.
No, there IS nothing to listen to, your SIDE got out voted, you're done, sit the fuck down until the NEXT election!!! Read the rest, it's too sad how we do things now.

Reverse the Races, wait for the Screaming

My header says it all. White (racist) bureaucrat + (defrauded)black farmer = huge law suit. Why is this different?
Video Shows USDA Official Saying She Didn't Give 'Full Force' of Help to White Farmer
Days after the NAACP clashed with Tea Party members over allegations of racism, a video has surfaced showing an Agriculture Department official regaling an NAACP audience with a story about how she withheld help to a white farmer facing bankruptcy -- video that now has forced the official to resign.

Shirley Sherrod, the department's Georgia director of Rural Development, is shown in the clip describing "the first time I was faced with having to help a white farmer save his farm." Sherrod, who is black, claimed the farmer took a long time trying to show he was "superior" to her. The audience laughed as she described how she determined his fate.

"He had to come to me for help. What he didn't know while he was taking all that time trying to show me he was superior to me was I was trying to decide just how much help I was going to give him," she said. "I was struggling with the fact that so many black people have lost their farmland and here I was faced with having to help a white person save their land -- so I didn't give him the full force of what I could do. I did enough."

The Agriculture Department announced Monday, shortly after published its initial report on the video, that Sherrod had resigned.

"There is zero tolerance for discrimination at USDA, and I strongly condemn any act of discrimination against any person," Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said in a written statement. "We have been working hard through the past 18 months to reverse the checkered civil rights history at the department and take the issue of fairness and equality very seriously.

Sherrod explained in the video that, at the time, she assumed the state or national Department of Agriculture had referred the white farmer to her. In order to ensure that the farmer could report back that she was indeed helpful, she said she took him to see "one of his own" -- a white lawyer.

"I figured that if I take him to one of them, that his own kind would take care of him," she said.

I say pay him, throw her ass in jail on Civil Rights charges!

Dormant Accounts

Just when it looked like the Europeans were coming to their senses financially.
Cameron Raids Dormant U.K. Accounts as Minister Attacks Banks
U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron announced plans to use “hundreds of millions of pounds” from dormant bank accounts to fund community projects, while Business Secretary Vince Cable said lenders “ripped off” customers.

Cameron said he will press ahead with a proposal set out in the coalition government’s program to establish a “Big Society Bank” to finance moves by charitable groups and not-for-profit companies to take over jobs currently done by the government.

“These unclaimed assets, alongside the private-sector investment that we will leverage, will mean that the Big Society Bank will over time make available hundreds of millions of pounds of new finance to some of the most dynamic social organizations in our country,” Cameron said in a speech in Liverpool, northwest England, today.

Cameron said the idea ties in with his plans for a general overhaul of the public services, as the government tries to narrow a record budget deficit. The new Office for Budget Responsibility forecasts that 490,000 public-sector jobs will be lost by April 2015.

“We’ve got to get rid of the centralized bureaucracy that wastes money and undermines morale,” Cameron said. “In its place, we’ve got to give professionals much more freedom and open up public services to new providers like charities, social enterprises and private companies so we get more innovation, diversity and responsiveness to public need.”

Existing Legislation

A law passed in 2008 under Gordon Brown’s Labour government allows the government to use money from dormant bank and building-society accounts “for social or environmental purposes.” An account is dormant if the holder has made no transactions over a period of 15 years.

The British Bankers’ Association, a lobby group, estimates that about 400 million pounds ($610 million) is unclaimed in bank accounts. The government will set up a fund to be administered by Co-operative Financial Services that will hand over money to Cameron’s Big Society Bank by the end of this year, the Treasury said. The Co-op expects as much as 100 million pounds to be disbursed.

Big Society Bank? Big Brother Bank is more like it!! And God forbid they try to find the rightful owners, right? If Obama gets wind of this Dormant will mean 15 minutes.
Thieving assholes.

Even Hitler Didn't Have A "Fat Police"

Maybe it's just me, but wasn't the massive Economic Stimulus Bill of '09, the bill that took over $900 BILLION of our money, meant to stimulate the economy and create jobs? So what does keeping "digital surveillance" of my health, and sharing that information with different federal agencies, have to do with the economy? Obviously creating a government program this massive would make jobs for thousands (not the millions the Liar-in-Chief promised) of people, but what people, will any be White, and more importantly, what would they really be doing with all that very private and sensitive info?

Apparently, those of us who enjoy a cold Pepsi now and then, an occasional donut with our coffee, or perhaps some bacon with our eggs, may soon be seen as outlaws, people who must register with the govt. to have their meals approved. We know that Mrs. Odumbo, with her fat ass and massive thighs, was looking for a cause that would hopefully make people forget what an anti-American racist she really is. That cause turns out to be forcing everyone to be as thin as she wishes she was, and it's now become something of an obsession. Why should we care? Because her "cause" is now LAW! And, it's a law with plenty of sharp teeth. For years, i've been telling people that one of the fundamental principles of Leftism is, "do as we say, not as we do". That principle has now become a law.

Remember last year, when Botox Nancy was asked to tell us what was in the massive stimulus bill? Her now infamous answer was, "we'll find out (after) we pass it". Well, it passed and it was signed into law, and now we're just starting to see what was really inside that bill. Health? The economy? No, it's not about health or the economy. As with everything else this govt. is doing, it's about CONTROL, to a degree that would have made the Hitlers SS envious.

Having trouble breathing? That's the government leash being tightened around your neck more and more with each passing day, and it's only just beginning...

Things To Ponder:

1. Is it good if a vacuum really sucks?

2. Why is the third hand on the watch called the second hand?

3. If a word is misspelled in the dictionary, how would we ever know?

4. If Webster wrote the first dictionary, where did he find the words?

5. Why do we say something is out of whack? What is a whack?

6. Why does "slow down" and "slow up" mean the same thing?

7. Why does "fat chance" and "slim chance" mean the same thing?

8. Why do "tug" boats push their barges?

9. Why do we sing "Take me out to the ball game" when we are already there?

10. Why are they called " stands" when they are made for sitting?

11. Why is it called "after dark" when it really is "after light"?

12. Doesn't "expecting the unexpected" make the unexpected expected?

13. Why are a "wise man" and a "wise guy" opposites?

14. Why do "overlook" and "oversee" mean opposite things?

15. Why is "phonics" not spelled the way it sounds?

16. If work is so terrific, why do they have to pay you to do it?

17. If all the world is a stage, where is the audience sitting?

18. If love is blind, why is lingerie so popular?

19. If you are cross-eyed and have dyslexia, can you read all right?

20. Why is bra singular and panties plural?

21. Why do you press harder on the buttons of a remote control when you know the batteries are dead?

22. Why do we put suits in garment bags and garments in a suitcase?

23. How come abbreviated is such a long word?

24. Why do we wash bath towels? Aren't we clean when we use them?

25. Why do they call it a TV set when you only have one?

And what's wrong with American quail?

U.S Government Spent $181,406 to Study How Cocaine Enhances Sex Drive of Japanese Quail

Cocaine powder. (Photo courtesy of DEA, Wikipedia Commons)

( – The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has awarded $181,406 this year to a researcher at the University of Kentucky to study how cocaine enhances the sex drive of Japanese quail.

“Controlled preclinical studies that utilize animal models have demonstrated that prior repeated exposure to cocaine enhances sexual motivation and behavior,” says the grant description posted by the NIH. “However, no parametric or systematic studies further investigating the basic mechanisms underlying this relationship have been conducted.

“The goal of the proposed experiments is to utilize an animal model whose sexual behavior system has been well-studied, Japanese quail,” the description says. “In addition to the benefits of using quail to study sexual behavior, the use of a visually-oriented species in studying drug effects may be of additional relevance to studying human drug addiction. We currently have preliminary evidence in male Japanese quail that preexposure to cocaine enhances sexual motivation. This finding ties in well with clinical observations that indicate that cocaine use in humans may increase sexual motivation, thereby increasing the likelihood of the occurrence of high-risk sexual behavior.”

They should have studied gerbils.

How do I express how astounded (not surprised) I am?

It reminds me of , I'd rather not

Life is a Jar of Jalapenos

The Game of Racism

The other day, i saw NAACP president Benjamin Jealous interviewed on the Fox Cartoon Network. The thrust of his performance was to tell the world that the Tea Party movement is nothing more than a bunch of racists. As is always the case when the word racist is used, it was Whites he was talking about, because as we all know, (and as the MSM always tells us) blacks are not racist. He even mentioned the incident a few months ago when black members of congress walked through a group of Tea Party members on Capital Hill. Some of the elected liars ran to the nearest TV camera and accused Tea Party'ers of "spitting on us and calling us niggers". What the nitwit forgot was that every TV network was standing right there with cameras and recorders rolling. Odd, but not a single allegation the Congressional Black liars made was recorded, by anyone! Of course, had there been even the slightest bit of evidence, the MSM would have been more than happy to shove it in our faces 24/7.

As expected, Mr. Jealous made no mention of the "clearly racist and violence inciting" rants by the Black Panthers, and no one at Fox thought it relevant to bring it up. So what's up with the NAACP? It's called survival. Everyone knows this organization has outlived any usefulness it may have had. And, in a desperate attempt to keep itself relevant, (and to keep those govt grants flowing) it must become as controversial as possible. Apparently, they feel siding with their brothers in the Black Panthers and advocating the murder of Whites is the way to go. And since this organization has "very close" ties with the WH, you have to assume their remarks were either pre-approved, or at least, known. Couple that with the fact that Odumbo is clearly trying to racially divide this nation, and you have some very interesting questions that must be thought about.

1) Is Obummer trying to start a race war? The Marxist-in-Chief knows he's loosing much of the White vote, including many of his bleeding-heart, Leftist supporters who feel he's not Leftist enough. He needs every black vote, and also needs every illegal alien vote, which is why he's pushing so hard for "comprehensive immigration reform". (ie: amnesty) But if he is trying to create racial unrest, could there be another reason?

2) Crazy Scenario: What would happen if violent racial unrest did break out on a huge scale? Would the president have the ability to declare a State of Emergency? Yes. Would he have the reason and authority to declare Martial Law? Yes. If it got to that point, could he suspend the Constitution and postpone the elections, using the "national emergency" to remain in power? IMO, Yes! Not being a Constitutional expert, i have to leave the answer to that one to someone who is. But, it doesn't take an expert to see that this Marxist administration is power/control-crazy, and there's nothing they won't do to keep it.

Does it sound really nuts to think of such a thing? It does to me, but keep this in mind. We're seeing things done to our country, our freedoms, and our liberties that none of us have ever seen before, things that we would've called nuts just a few years ago had someone told us they would happen...

Gee, who's surprised? Well, not me.
Felons Voting Illegally May Have Put Franken Over the Top in Minnesota, Study Finds
The six-month election recount that turned former "Saturday Night Live" comedian Al Franken into a U.S. senator may have been decided by convicted felons who voted illegally in Minnesota's Twin Cities.

That's the finding of an 18-month study conducted by Minnesota Majority, a conservative watchdog group, which found that at least 341 convicted felons in largely Democratic Minneapolis-St. Paul voted illegally in the 2008 Senate race between Franken, a Democrat, and his Republican opponent, then-incumbent Sen. Norm Coleman.

The final recount vote in the race, determined six months after Election Day, showed Franken beat Coleman by 312 votes -- fewer votes than the number of felons whose illegal ballots were counted, according to Minnesota Majority's newly released study, which matched publicly available conviction lists with voting records.

Furthermore, the report charges that efforts to get state and federal authorities to act on its findings have been "stonewalled."

"We aren't trying to change the result of the last election. That legally can't be done," said Dan McGrath, Minnesota Majority's executive director. "We are just trying to make sure the integrity of the next election isn't compromised."

Cheating in a liberal states elections? Just business as usual? I'm opting for the latter.

Maybe the DOJ should look into it?

Mel Gibson (has again) stepped in it. I guess the story goes that during a (private) tirade (inside his house), his now ex-girlfriend, recorded him using the "N word', which makes him a racist (again).
However, the DOJ has dropped a case against the New Black Panther Party and Samir Shabazz, for standing in front of the polls in 2008 and calling white voters "cracker". There is also video of him saying he thought African-Americans needed to kill some cracker babies to make their point.
Mr Shabazz is a freedom fighter for screaming racial hatred in the streets; Mr Gibson is a racist for saying nigger in his home.
We live in a world gone mad.

Justice? I Hope So!

A couple of months ago, many of us viewed that video of one of our combat choppers in Iraq "spraying justice" on a group of armed terrorists who were (as the video clearly showed) actually engaged in firing RPG's at our troops. After reporting the situation to HQ, the chopper crew was cleared to fire, and they did a beautiful job. It seems that among those armed and firing terrorists that were "effectively rehabilitated", there were a couple of people with, what later turned out to be TV cameras, so-called "journalists". They too got a taste of justice. Hey, if you don't want to get shot, stay away from the targets! Of course, the "classified" chopper video was leaked to some anti-military web site which then released it to the world.

The military has now caught the little traitor who leaked, not just that video, but "a boatload" of classified military and diplomatic secrets. He's a Spc. from the 10th Mountain Div. assigned as an intelligence analyst. (how convenient) Now, not surprisingly, the web site is trying to turn him into some anti-war hero from the 60's. He's not. IMO, he's a traitor and he should be, not shot in front of a firing squad, (that's for soldiers) but hung in front of his entire division! That would serve as a warning to other traitors, and also to let our combat heroes know that their govt., even the current anti-American govt, cares about their safety. This is very important, especially at a time when, thanks to "WH-mandated rules of engagement", our troops are being needlessly killed because they're ordered to go and fight and die, but not to hurt anyone while they're doing it. This is the same policy that got thousands of our heroes killed in Viet Nam. If they won't be allowed to fight, then bring them home. Now!

Good News From The SCOTUS

Justice Anthony Kennedy, the so-called swing vote on the court has issued a statement saying, no, he's not retiring, a decision the Marxist-in-Chief will not be happy to hear. Why do we care? Because Kennedy usually sides with the courts conservative "good guys", and has often saved us from the courts leftists like Ginsberg, Souter, Sotomeyer, and soon to be seated comrade Kegan.

For Kennedy to come out with that statement tells me that some Obamunists from the WH may have been snooping around looking to see where the next empty seat might be, since i'm sure they have plenty of loyal Marxist pals just waiting for an opening and they would love to stick one in there before the Nov. midterms. Having five leftists on the court is Odumbo's E-ticket. We'd all have to leave the country, or get the guns out. If Kennedy did decide to retire now, those of us who prefer to remain free (with what little freedom we have left) would be in "very" serious trouble! As i've always said, the Left fought very hard to get control of the congress and the WH, but their main target was, and continues to be, the SCOTUS. Whatever a president or congress does can be reversed, but the SCOTUS is the last stop. Thank you Justice Kennedy...
