As most of you know, I just moved. I left Wake County NC, and now inhabit Johnston County. Part of the reason I moved was the idiot lib thinking in Raleighwood / Wacky County gub'ment. That, and the number of (liberal) people who don't understand Majority Rule, the Rule of Law, or how the world works.

In the last school board election, the OLD board (who supported socio-economic diversity via busing) was voted out. It took voters of EVERY walk of life, every corner of the county, every district to make the change. The new board supports neighborhood schools, that was the platform the individuals ran on and WHY voters said they voted them in.

But in that county a VERY vocal minority is screaming racism, segregation and Jim Crow.

In a county of almost 1 million people, ONE THOUSAND marched to protest the school board meeting today. The cops arrested 19 inside and a few outside. Most outside had been arrested LAST month after they refused to let the board hold a peaceful meeting, and were told NOT to return under threat of trespassing charges.

Needless to say, the local MSM is part of the problem. Here's a blurb

This is so typical. Trying to change the social/political landscape via intimidation. It's a well-worn tactic used mostly by blacks at the urging of their left-wing masters to get what they want regardless of what the majority wants. It can be (and usually is) a very successful tactic, but it relies on the weakness of that majority to work.
How much does it cost to bus kids all over heck and back?
How much time does the average kid have to spend on a bus that bypasses a school within walking distance?
How safe is a child on a school bus? (Not very.)
How has decades of busing helped anything? Is there a new generation of mulattoes or is racial tension now the highest its been in 50+ years?
Social engineering, the silly liberals' favorite pass time, is epic FAIL!
