Maybe she's tired of having that effeminate fat slob on top of her? (i always figured him for a fag)

Or, she's sick of his Twilight Zone, leftist (and unfounded) rantings?

Who knows, and who cares. I'm sure she's in for a huge cut of his tobacco-generated gazillions. And don't worry about fat Al. He'll find himself a nice guy and move to San Franbotox.

It's Bush's fault.

Or as Spidy alluded; she's tired of being his piece prize.

A.) I don't like to see anyone's marriage go south.

B.) I don't like to see a 40 year marriage go south.

C.) Piling on and nasty remarks is what we HATE about people like the Gores.

D.) We can't say our ideals are better than theirs, IF we do as they do.

It doesn't seem that they were miserable, but grew apart. There is some allusion to Tipper being friends with Frank Zappa's widow. Zappa and his family struck me as leaning toward the Libertarian point of view, certainly independeant.

Anytime that anyone starts telling me how I should live (demands how I live; forces me how to live; makes me pay for this ideal) and their own lives are less than perfect, fuck 'em

Billy O,
Frank Z was very much a Libertarian. And he taught his kids a work ethic that few in La La Land grow up with. This was a man who had the money to live in Bel Air, but stayed in his house in Laurel Canyon because it WAS his idea of what was home, family and America. Zappa moved to the Canyon in the early '60s, LONG before it became cool, trendy or expensive.

He reveled in his immigrant roots, loved poking fun at himself and the CA music industry.

Zappa was Gene Simmons, BEFORE Gene Simmons was Gene Simmons.

Two short videos showing FZ talking about the PMRC, and freedom of speech. And the third one is Zappa talking about MAKING money so you can spend YOUR money on stuff YOU want to do. He didn't go to the "record studios" for the $$$$.

Sounds like Libertarianism to me.

But this is a long term plan. I don't think al and the Tipper have rown apart. I think that the plan was and remains that if the Algore was about to, or had the possibilityt of losing his ill-gained wealth. They would protect it by dividing it now. It's not as if they are going to start a new family. It's all about their futures. and we will hear very little of either of them from now on if thewir plan succeeds. Algore is done with global whatever of the day

My parent's 40 yr. marriage went south. I wonder if he's gonna marry a Chinese woman who barely speaks English 2 days after the divorce is final.

Well, maybe you can't, but i can. One of the reasons we always seem to lose out to the left is because we lack the will to do as they do, which is the only way to fight them. It's why those on the Right are always on the defensive. As for their marriage, it's their business and i couldn't care less.

I have no hatred for Tipper, as i'm not aware of her having any negative effect on my life. But i DO hate him for being a liar, a phony, and a hypocrite and for trying to change every aspect of my life by forcing me to conform to his vision of what the world should be while he flies around on one of his private jets.

UH Shteverino,

I actually knew Frnko. My best bud in Chi studio recorded w/him @ the Record Plant in Hollywood. He stayed atr Aynsley Dunbars house for a year and we all used to hang with Flo and Eddy (Howard Kalan and Mark Volmen (ex-Turtles)all the time. Gail still lives in Laurel Cyn and Moon lives 2 blocks down and across the street. Dweez lives some where close by as well. Dweez has gotten almost as good as his ol man on the git (not really, FZ was one of the best axe master of all time.)

He was REALLY a libertarian, didn't like Nixon thought, but hated Dems Much More.

And to see him at home with the kids and Gail you would never IMAGINE what a regular ol 'pick up your toys, eat yer veggies' kind of dad he was.

O and fuKkin intelligent.

Flo and Eddie ah yes.

I know their part time drummer, Benji. Came over some of the holidays for food and drink.

Flo and Eddie always put on a fun New Years show at this small, now defunct venue, at NYU,the name of which currently escapes me.
