News From The Twilight Zone (a.k.a. Wall St.)

The MSM/Democrat Spin:
The Occupy Wall Street participants are harmless little fuzzballs who are worried about the economy and the relentlessly crappy job market.

"In its broadest outlines, this new outpouring of protest is driven by the same fuel that gave fire to the Tea Party: Anger at elites, a feeling of injustice, a concern about jobs, fear about the direction of the economy and a clear desire to take action. Whereas the Tea Party focused these furies on government, Occupy Wall Street focuses the fury on corporate America. It seems, quite simply, to be the left's answer to the right's size-of-government critique that has dominated national politics for the last two years..." (Time Magazine)

"At this point, protest is the message: income inequality is grinding down that middle class, increasing the ranks of the poor, and threatening to create a permanent underclass of able, willing but jobless people. On one level, the protesters, most of them young, are giving voice to a generation of lost opportunity..." (Al Gore)

The Facts:
They're anti-capitalist Marxists and Communists, Nanny State loving, parasites who want a big Washington D.C. daddy to take care of all their needs, and all while carrying their red "Che" flags.

Ace of Spades Blog put it this way:
"A snot-nosed soft-handed pencil-necked punk demands that working people pay for his tuition. When asked Why?, all he can do is reiterate "because that's what I want... why not?"

Here are a few of the demands pooped out by the Occupy Wall Street asshats, as documented on the Yid with Lid blog:

Demand one: Restoration of the living wage...Another policy that must be instituted is raise the minimum wage to twenty dollars an hr.

Demand two: Guaranteed living wage income regardless of employment.

Demand three: Free college education.

Demand four: Begin a fast track process to bring the fossil fuel economy to an end while at the same bringing the alternative energy economy up to energy demand.

Demand five: One trillion dollars in ecological restoration planting forests, reestablishing wetlands and the natural flow of river systems and decommissioning of all of America's nuclear power plants.

Demand six: Open borders migration. anyone can travel anywhere to work and live.

Demand seven: Immediate across the board debt forgiveness "for all". Debt forgiveness of sovereign debt, commercial loans, home mortgages, home equity loans, credit card debt, student loans and personal loans now! "All debt" must be stricken from the books.

They are looking to create dependency on the government, take away freedom and blame all of their problems on others. Under the Occupy Wall Street demands, no one would ever have to work hard ever again. If they had their way everyone would just be able to take more from the government's endless supply of cash. All loans will be forgiven and everyone will have a salary whether they work or not. (YID With LID blog)

(ReasonTV) — Here's one of the protesters Reason.tv spoke to at Occupy Wall Street in Los Angeles on October 12, 2011. She identifies herself as Patricia McAllister and is an employee of the Los Angeles Unified School District.

"I think that the Zionist Jews, who are running these big banks and our Federal Reserve, which is not run by the federal government. . . . they need to be run out of this country," she said.

It becomes more clear with each passing day, that these folks are simply useful idiots for George Soros' agenda. This is all by design.

"This is an exciting time! Thousands of mainly young people have been occupying Wall Street for three weeks already, and the “Occupy Movement” has spread to more than 200 other cities. On Oct. 6 the actions spread to our nation’s capital..." --- The Communist Party USA (CPUSA)

Southern California Party leader Arturo Cambron will share how the CPUSA and Young Communist League (YCL) are working in “Occupy Los Angeles.”

"This movement, also known as the “99% movement,” is being hailed across the country. Movements and organizations are reaching out in solidarity. The AFL-CIO is opening union halls and offering other material assistance. Ordinary people are donating food, money and materials.

In many areas, the “Occupy Movement” is linking up with the National American Wants to Work Week of Actions, Oct. 10-16.

No doubt the “Arab Spring” demonstrations and those that exploded in Wisconsin, Ohio and elsewhere have inspired it. But underlying it all is the economic crisis, the massive unemployment and growing realization that nothing is getting better, and in fact we may be slipping into a “double dip” crisis. The crushing student debt and the feeling of being locked out of society with no future compound this.

The movement is the newest wrinkle in the all-people’s upsurge against the banks and corporations and reflects a new level of class-consciousness..."

I just have to wonder what these folks think will be the end result should they succeed in their quest.
They just don't think anything through.
I guess misery truly does love company.

All they want is disruption of the system. All systems. This rabble will serve (or be used) as the foundation for Obama's re-election, which ironically, will be financed in large part by Wall St. money. Again. That being the case, should they not be protesting against Obama and the Democrats as well?

They don't make the connection. They only see A>B and B>C, but not A>C.

I just LOVE that 20 bucks an hour minimum wage. Sure it CAN be raised to that level, but a Big Mac Combo would also be about $17 to offset the costs of getting said burger made and sold! I did the math.

And who would be the winner then?

The IRS of course! People who make twenty bucks and hour pay WAY more taxes than people making $7.25 an hour.

These people need a damned wake up call, and they'll bring it down on ALL our heads eventually I fear. Even Obama / Reid / Pelosi et al, know that these ideals can't work. The dumbest kid in the class should be able to see that World Economics is NOT a Zero Sum Game. Or I'm wrong, and our economy is totally based on two wolf skins, a pretty shell and three large carp!

That, after all, was probably THE first exchange for upright walking homo sap, back when we grunted and dragged our wives by the hair.

I wish I lived up there. I'd go to Wall Street, in my every day $59 New Balance Cross Trainers, on sale, online, and I'd ask just ONE of these idiots to trade me for ONE of their $300 running shoes.

Why not? Isn't that what they propose? Everybody having the same equal dollar 'amount' of 'stuff'? I think two of us should SPLIT the total worth of our combined shoe wealth! By their own ideals, isn't it better for two of us to own $359 worth of shoes split equally, than one of us having inexpensive shoes and one of us having expensive shoes?

I'm trying to see their side. But it's SO cockeyed!

As is usually the case with the radical Left, their "stated" goals are very different from what's actually going on. The Wall St. protestors are, for the most part, people who's true goal is the destruction of America and the American way of life, (what little there is left) to be replaced with something resembling Venezuela/Cuba.

IMO, one of the main reasons these anarchists chose Manhattan is because they knew they would find much support among the Leftists who live there, and NYC's left-wing politicians who control the area. It's those politicians who have "ordered" the NYPD to back-off, which is why the protest is spreading like a cancer. If it were really about what the crooks have done to our economy, their target would have cleary been congress and the WH.

The anarchists also know that Zucotti Park is not such a great place to be during a NYC winter, meaning, they have to push their positions harder. Look for these protests to become increasingly more violent.

Don't arrest them. Let 'em freeze and starve in the park. That is their choice.
