Well, IMO, if you're paying close attention to both political parties, the answer is, neither.
So, what do you do if you're a Republican member of Congress, and you fully understand that there's a power-mad, Constitution-ignoring, Marxist sitting in the Oval Office, and that Marxist is now demanding that you give him more power? More power than he has already granted himself! No need to ask Demoncrats since we already know what they'd say.
But what of Republicans, the very people many Americans are counting on to save the country? How do you think they would respond to such a demand from a president who has ignored and insulted congress more than any other president in our history? Really? Um,.... guess again...
