A little over 18 months ago I was introduced to the prognosticator Gerald Celente, via another blog. Celente is the trending analyzer who predicted the fall of the USSR, the Dot Com Bubble and our current economic mess via the Mortgage Bubble.

My look into Celente had me giggling to start with, then I re-read what he said. What he said was that we are about to spiral in, go down the toilet, and fall apart as a country. He predicted that, most probably as I recall, the EU would fall first.

Well, first Greece, now France and evidently soon the UK are fallen. Can we be far behind? Are we set for another Civil War? And I'll bite, if you think not, please tell me why the hell not!!

If you're a realist, as i am, it's hard to argue with those predictions, especially since it seems most of the events needed for our headlong drive into that brick wall have already started to happen. No matter how optimistic you are, it's impossible to ignore the fact that we're in a very definite downward spiral and on several different levels. And IMO, the current govt, with help from the MSM and the rest of the Left, are doing everything they can to make sure it happens.
I'm not necessarily saying they're trying to destroy this country, although IMO they are. What they are doing is trying to change it, dramatically, from the country we all grew up in, to some imaginary Leftist utopia that has no connection to reality. And to me, that is destruction. It is in fact, (as i've said many times) an all-out culture war, one that's been going on for generations. If the Left wins they will decide how every one of us lives our day-to-day lives. In fact, we've been seeing clear signs of this for the last few years. Never before that i can recall has the Left controlled "all" the power in the country, the govt, the MSM, the unions, academia, all of it. And for those of us who love this country and our liberties, that is a "very" dangerous thing.
In a couple of weeks, our fellow Americans, by their votes, will let us know if we will continue to be a nation of sheep.

I'm going to be surprised if the GOP gets to take any seats they win during the election. I still think we'll see some kind of 'crisis' before they are sworn in in Jan.
But I have bullets and beans here for craziness to come, and I buy more monthly.
I'm not laughing bud because i think you're right. Never again will they have this much power and i don't think they're gonna give it up so easily.

He must be wearing bullet proof skivvies. All the shit he's talking about Soros, Obama, Progressives, et al, is the kind of "shit" that often creates "accidents" or "suicides".

Actually, by now, I thought they'd find Beck's "secret love child" or his "gay lover". Either the Dems are slipping or Beck is what he says he is. One lucky SOB.
I think they're slipping based on the "October Surprise". What kind of flash news is it that the NAACP accuses ANYONE, let alone the Tea Party, of racist tendencies!!
