I just went and looked again. Today I found a Snopes link, saying that this is NOT in the current Health Care Bill. It WAS in an earlier one. Which still scares the shit out of me.
The Snopes link says it's dated April 6, 2010. But I didn't find it yesterday. My fumble fingers?

Go out and prove me wrong. I'd NEVER delete a well rounded truthful comment. Because I did my homework, I know you can't fight this though. This item ain't sitting at Snopes, under a red FALSE tag, this is truth.
But answer this Anon, IF I'm right, what...will...you...do? Take the implant, or come looking for one of US, with guns, radios, tents, etc, to keep you and yours from being harmed? Being realistic, doesn't mean disbelieving stuff that looks or sounds unbelievable. It means researching the unbelievable, NOT casting it off as, "...off the rails".
And I'll tell you this. I'm not scared of a big guy who openly carries guns, knives, swords or other arms. as previously stated, my better half is a gub'ment employee. One of our good friends from church is also.
The friend is employed as VERY upper level staff at the NC Legislature. Here's what that body of elected officials are planning.
(and let me say, I understand that some of this is being done for the news coverage it will garner)
The NC Legislature, a group DOMINATED by the Democrats since 15 minutes after they signed the documents at Appomattox Courthouse, is planning to pass a LAW saying that NC citizens WILL NOT be under the Obamacare plan. The law will openly claim states rights, and will point out several OTHER federal laws that they've been forced to live with over the last 20 years. They are worried about two things, IMO. Screw the humble.
Item 1: Federal Intrusion into their state powers.
Item 2: Losing their ASS statewide in the next THREE elections.
(that's actually from THEIR conversations, as reported to us by the friend, not just my opinion)
My wife hears daily, the political appointees quaking too. Same reason, if the Dems are swept out, they'll lose their gigs!!
There is NO bribery available to get 50 state legislatures to back this. And if the southern Democrat controlled bodies are fighting it, just like the Republican controlled bodies are doing, don't look for this to leave the courts anytime soon. And certainly NOT before January, 2013.

It seems we have some really major court battles coming, all of which will most likely end up in the SCOTUS. I think the Demoncrats are counting on people "thinking" they're getting "free" health care to get their approval numbers up. Most people have yet to figure out that there's nothing free about it, unless you're one of Obummer's "po folk".
I'm not sure it means what you think it means.
The "implantable devices" that they are talking about are things like pacemakers, automatic defibrilators, and the like. This section of the bill contains information about keeping a registry on these impanted devices that will keep track of data like:
-How well are they working?
-life expectancy for differing models given a certain condition?
That sort of thing. Read it again. It is in legaleze and so is hard to understand, but they aren't trying to stick a chip in you, even under the old bill.
It's mis-understandable BS, legalize that worries me. It makes it easier to scramble toward whomever gets in power.
