Convoluted Thinking from the Left Side of SOCUS

.
I'm not sure just how to take this little bon mot.
.
In an interview to be published in Sunday’s New York Times Magazine, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said she thought the landmark Roe v. Wade decision on abortion was predicated on the Supreme Court majority's desire to diminish “populations that we don’t want to have too many of.”

In the 90-minute interview in Ginsburg’s temporary chambers, Ginsburg gave the Times her perspective on Judge Sonia Sotomayor, President Obama’s first high court nomination. She also discussed her views on abortion.

.
So, is the good Justice saying that SOCUS voted what they WANTED done "legally" for personal, or idealogical reasons, not what was really approvable under the Constitution?

Say it isn't so, the Supreme Court would NEVER do anything like that.
.
Not to mention the whole liberals wanting abortions legalized, conservatives want them stopped, liberals own the LOVE of minorities, conservatives would love to OWN minorities argument.
.
Can one of the Justices be removed for mental reasons, 'cause Ginsburg's lost it this time!!!
.
And, by all means, read the comments.

I guess the fact that there are no comments here, means everyone else is as flummoxed by this idiotic comment, as I am.

Twelve more hours, I'll just pull it, and go back to honing the blades on the guillotines.

Or it's the weekend and we are all listening to Tommy

It sounds like comrade Ruth Badar Rodent is telling us that up there on Mount Olympus, they can do any damned thing they please, and to hell with the law and the constitution. Any wonder why people around the world run when they see us trying to force our system of govt. on them?

As i said last year during the campaign, the main prize for the Left wasn't just the WH. It was the SCOTUS, (and they're gonna get it) where they can force their will on the people and the damage will last for generations.

I'm better off listening to the voices in my head. They make much more sense.

You hear them too?

I'm particularly fond of the ones that sound like Thomas Paine, Elmer Fudd and Ren Hoek.

Watching the dog-and-pony show the media laughingly calls confirmation hearings, has only served to confirm a few things that i already knew.

1) That any Broadway or Commiewood director would be jealous of the massive effort that has gone into prepping her for her highly-rehearsed, highly-choreographed, performance.

2) That most Republicans on the committee are still worried about appearing "nice" and "playing by the rules". They are bending over backwards to make sure they don't treat her like Demoncrats treated every Republican nominee sent before them. Apparently, they're afriad of losing votes (Hispanics, women) that they won't get anyway.

IMO, the whole thing is insulting to the few people who still have the ability to think for themselves. Demoncrats are sitting there, lying, spinning, and manipulating everything she's ever said, and Republicans are talking to themselves. In the end, and as usual, it's the people who lose.
