. If he was my Congressman, I'd be looking for his replacement. . . The Dishonorable John Conyers of Michigan. . . Is he from Dearborn? . . Schteveo says read the damned Bill.
His statement is nothing but another insult to the American sheeple. Conyers, one of the most radical leftists in the country, knows the people are asleep as usual. He also knows the MSM will push this bill over the top for the Demoncrats. If anything is going to stop this massive rip-off, it's his own people, the so-called Blue Dog Dems.
Just look at where we've come, that we have to rely on Demoncrats to save us and this country from the Obamunists and wild-eyed Nancy Botox. Sometimes i wonder if the American people are worth the effort.
I think I'm worth the effort! :-) I'm cautiously optimistic about the poll numbers I'm seeing. This last week has been one of the worst for Maobama. Hopefully the trend will continue.
C to da Bug, there's no doubt the trend will continue, as the Dems DON'T have a clue that the majority of the voters do not want what they are selling. Or even knowing, they push this crap through anyway. They also underestimate the ability of the next Congress to UNDO, UNVOTE, and FIX all that they do this cycle. I've not heard that the Porkulus or BOHICACARE pkgs had firm no kill dates in the bills. Ergo, they can be dismantled asap after thinking politicians get elected or we point guns at them and demand it.
Yeah, I know, "thinking politician" is an oxymoron. But I can dream can't I.

Since most congressmen are also lawyers, this "two lawyer" requirement would seem to be moot.
They need to "Get a Buddy" and read the thing already!
