There's America, Then There's NYC

Now that the DC-2nd Amendment gun case has been settled, (has it?) NYC is now the most anti-gun city in the nation. The main reason for this is, "His Majesty" Bloomberg, our limp-wristed, mega-Billionaire, fascist mayor. You see, His Majesty believes that if there's something you're doing that he doesn't like or agree with, he'll stop you from doing it by either getting his corrupt city council to declare it illegal, or he'll tax you into submission. Apparently, His Majesty attended the Heinrich Himler school of governing. As is usually the case, at the very top of the mayors hit list are, smokers, motorists, and of course, legal gun owners. These are the citizens who the mayor routinely turns on when he's out for blood, publicity, or revenue. You will notice when the mayor's on TV pushing for a national gun-ban, the word "illegal" is not usually used because he means "all" guns!

Now that doesn't mean it's impossible to get a concealed carry permit in NYC. It simply means that it would be easier to get an invitation to the Pope's wedding. The system for getting a carry permit, which is handled by the NYPD, has been "deliberately" designed to obstruct, delay, confuse, bankrupt, and frustrate anyone who gets involved in it. And don't think that retired law enforcement people are exempt from this. They're not! Of course, if you happen to be a "politically connected" Rabbi, (most here are) or some on-air media maggot, or one of His Majesty's mega-wealthy, ultra-liberal, Manhattan pals, the whole process becomes mysteriously easy. Hmmm.

I understand that the law firm that handled the Heller case in DC, has filed a suit against NYC and the NYPD (they only follow His Majesty's orders) for creating this maze of deliberate obstruction. The linked story shows the level of anti-gun insanity that Bloomberg has introduced here...

OK, where can we send $$$ to help with his defense fund? Or will Limpy Bloomberg cite Alaska State Law as a precedent for making a defense fund illegal?

And I'd sue the friggin' copy store too. WTF givs them the right to call police on a legal citizens personal business?
