Can America Survive?

Thanks, IMO, to the utter weakness and complete surrender by the republican party and the tea party, we have four more years of the Marxist-in-Chief. That means four more years to "transform" America even more than has been done in the last four years. Many believe transform actually means, to destroy everything America has been and was intended to be, and the people in this article are determined to do it. That's not just some "wild, right-wing conspiracy" as the MSM would have you believe. It's an actual plan implemented by serious people, as the enclosed article shows.

We are being pushed and dragged further and further to the far-left. Over 400 new "rules and regulations" have been introduced by this Marxist administration, many of them very radical, and that's just since the election. While the American sheeple are busy tweeting and doing all the other things intended to keep them anesthetized, America is being strangled. Slowly,  quietly, and effectively, and all nicely packaged by the MSM.

I fear for the future of my country, and for the futures of my grandchildren. Those are not words i have ever spoken before, nor are they words i would have believed coming from someone else, prior to 2008 that is. Looking around, i also fear the American people, generally speaking, are getting weaker, more gullible, dumber, and more distracted from the reality of what's actually happening. Maybe they think there's some App they can download that will make everything better. That wouldn't surprise me. The country doesn't seem to mind the hard push to the far-left. If the country gets comfortable with this push over the next four years, (and the MSM will do everything in it's power to make sure it does) they will carry that with them to the next election. America will be done...

Did you see the stories that the Fiscal Cliff 'deal' actually raises taxes AND spending? The gutless f*cks of the (R)did it to us again.

First. Happy birthday.
and, yeah. I can believe the spineless weasels continue to fuck us. Here's the deal: Since after 2 years they collect full benefit packages, the only reason they want to get re-elected is either to be virtuous (unlikely) or are corrupt and want to see what more they can get (likely)

srk,
first, you've gotta realize it's NOT really my birthday, right? And I'm not that old either? I just refuse to put my real data on those idiot sites!

I just don't get or understand the GOP. These guys have got to be brain dead or stupid, or both. And did you see the great deal the Senate (R)'s cut?! They basically caved, except for 2 or 3 of them. Even IF it cuts us out of control of both houses in 2 years, I say KILL the (R) Party and build something in it's place.

Soon! Sooner!! Soonest!!!

Oddly, aswe sit here tonight discussing this, and on the heels of talking about guns, I'm watching my DVR'd episode of Mankind, the story of All of Us.

This one is talking about the Revolutionary War, and the reasons for that war, taxes and guns, with commerce and over regulation in the mix. Is it ME, or does that sound QUITE familiar?!

Did any of you expect them (not) to cave? It's the only thing republicans know how to do.

We The People deserve everything they do to us, and more. That's the price we must (and will) pay for our national weakness.

Spier,
I don't 'expect' them to fold, I just keep thinking that eventually some wide eyed optimist will come new to Congress and scream, "STOP!!!! I've got a couple of GD questions...".

You are fantasizing my friend. We all know of the few good ones in congress, and they are quickly made powerless and voiceless.

The coming civil war? And, might that war be the only way left to save this dying country.

Yes, better.

Not quite. A revolution indicates that the majority, or at least a large part of the population would be fighting the govt. A civil war means parts of that population would be fighting each other. And with all the government-spawned parasites addicted directly or indirectly to their handouts, it would be a civil war. Not North and South this time, but the have's and so-called "have-nots".
