He's Not Like Hitler?

Apparently, president Odumbo is bothered by being likened by some to Hitler. Well, if i were him and it bothered me, i would stop acting like Hitler.

Hitler also believed that he, and only he, knew what was best for everyone.

Hitler also used draconian measures to silence his critics.

Hitler too believed that the state (that being himself) should control everything and everyone.

Like Odumbo, Hitler also believed that he was the worlds saviour.

And like Odumbo, Hitler did not tolerate any resistance to his agenda.

Personally, i don't see much difference at all. And i don't see why he's so upset. People have been comparing him to Hitler for only the past few months, while they compared GWB to Hitler for eight years!

Here's another one of my opinions. For this president to address the Congressional Black Caucus dinner, and not address the Congressional White caucus dinner, is racist. Oh, we don't have a Congressional White Caucus?

"Beware of those who cry racism, for they are the true racists"

""We have been waiting for health reform since the days of Teddy Roosevelt. We've been waiting since the days of Harry Truman,"

Oh yeah? Says who? I'm a pretty good Trivial Pursuit player and general trivia and history buff and I've NEVER heard that TR or Truman had any "health care" issues during their WH years.

Hell during TR's time, most people still lived in rural settings and Old Doc Johnson often worked for barter. Most farm people paid their doctors bill in produce, eggs or fresh / cured / smoked meat. Or paid off a yearly doctors bill, when crops were sold.

I guess Obama doesn't know that part of our American economic history.

Obama is so far out of his element that it isn't funny. And as he goes south, so will the country.

I think the "world leader" should step forth and identify him/herself.

It's not his fault Steve. Growing up in a madrasah studying the quran, he didn't have much exposure to TR of Harry. But i'll bet he knows a lot about swords.

Spidie,
he's a typical liberal. He knows where all of America's (supposed) skeletons are buried, but knows damned little real history.

This TR / Truman diatribe is just one more proof. I'd love to see the proof for these statements, but Democrats are slow on proof.

His school records or birth cert, Kerry's Army records, Hillary's law records...I'm done, my fingers would fall off before I finished that list.

Hitler was more popular than -10. BTW, only 16% of Americans like the way Congree is doing its job

Of course, not all Hitler comparisons are being made by evil republicans. Some are actually plants from democrats to help build distrust of evil republicans. Who'd a thunk...

QUOTABLE QUOTES

"Today, racism is regarded as a crime if practiced by a majority—but as an inalienable right if practiced by a minority. The notion that one’s culture is superior to all others solely because it represents the traditions of one’s ancestors, is regarded as chauvinism if claimed by a majority—but as “ethnic” pride if claimed by a minority. Resistance to change and progress is regarded as reactionary if demonstrated by a majority—but retrogression to a Balkan village, to an Indian tepee or to the jungle is hailed if demonstrated by a minority."
