What was the point of this blatant bullshit? Does he believe he can win the military to his side after signing a socialized health bill that will have veterans taxed for the prosthetic limbs they need after sacrificing their bodies for us (US)?

Whether he means his words or not, at least he has visited nearer the actual location of fighting than previously.
Perhaps he saw something, heard something that will actually give him a clue.
Listening to the General at the pentagon & seeing the Sgt in the field are two different experiences.
Hopefully, he gained a least a little better perspective.

By now, we should all know that half-black Barry is the biggest liar to have ever entered the Oval Office. It's also obvious that he's the most anti-military (the US military that is) president ever, although peanut-brain Carter may give him a run for that spot.
His trip was nothing more than a photo-op in hopes of warding off the coming voter tsunami in Nov. It was also another photo-op for his 2012 campaign which he has been running since 1/28/09.
But mostly, it was another insult to this country and it's brave warriors.
Hope for the best, then vote the scum out once the expected comes true.
Has anyone here read "Barack Obama's Rules for Revolution - The Alinsky Model" by David Horowitz? It's a short read and I highly recommend it. After reading it, you'll understand that most of what he says (unless he says something socialistic/Marxist) is "overt rhetoric" and "full of shit".

El Schteveo is just back from visiting his VERY liberal in-laws for the week-end. This crowd was a strong Dem, staunch Clinton supporting crew, all vote for Dems in every election, thought Obama would be the Anti-Bush(not the anti-Christ)!!
They're thinking they screwed up voting for the Messiah. They're wishing they hadn't, they say they won't vote for Dems THIS Nov, or in 2012. Heard one say, bullets, Obama's head, Biden couldn't do worse, if it didn't happen soon, he'd be surprised.
I'm guessing they just thought I was grinning because I was having a gas attack?
