Another Fox "Conservative"?

Yesterday, while watching the "massive" response and media coverage of the DC shooting, i turned to FoxNews, something i rarely ever do any more. They had Shep Smith, (i call him Shemp) one of their in-house clowns on the air covering the story as it unfolded. He was joined by some chic from the notoriously Left-wing Southern Poverty Law Center. BTW, where was the same massive response and coverage for the Army recruiter murdered in Arkansas?

Shemp, wearing one of his Barnum and Baily suits, and with the usual tons of make-up on his face, then got onto the topic of president Yomama's birth certificate, and the "millions" of people who feel he's not legally qualified to be yo president. He then got very upset and made the outrageous statement that, "there is zero chance that he's not qualified, and the people who think that are all crazies"! Now, to make a definitive statement like that, one would assume this punk must've seen Obummer's birth certificate, right?

Now my questions are, has this nitwit been doin some bad drugs? Have the tons of make-up they paste on this punk seeped into his brain? Or, is he just another closet liberal who's managed to get into the Fox family of buffoons, loudmouths, ego maniacs, and morons?

To answer your questions: Yes, yes, and no (I still watch Fox except for Shemp). He's just Fox's answer to the Fairness Doctrine.

The real insult was how Shemp compared those who would ask for Obama's Birth Certificate with the man who shot up the jewish center. There is no comparison! Those of us who seek proof have never asked for violence or condoned violence. All we have is a bunch of lawyers not having much success. It also has nothing to do with him being mulatto. We attack through our 1st Ammendment right to free speech. Shemp is an ass.

I personally don't get any of this equivocation on anyone's part.

I don't even know where to begin.

Perhaps....oh, nevermind

Personally, i have been convinced by Yobama's own actions that he was not born in the US and is therefor not legally qualified to be the POTUS. This could also explain why he's doing so much, so fast. It's also obvious that there are very powerful forces at work, including the MSM, making sure this doesn't come out, or at least not until he's done turning us into France or Sweeden.

Actually BOW I saw the whole coverage on Fox News. Shemp had a guest on and he was discussing how the Jewish museum shooting was part of the growing racism because people just hate to have a black man in office and were prone to violence and said he received thousands of crazy emails a day along those lines and the one he chose to share was an email asking about Obama's nationality.

Missy, you're right about Shemp getting that question from an email, but the rant in response to it was all him.

Many people have been convinced that Fox is the "conservative" answer to the rest of the MSM, and for a long time, i too thought so until i started paying close attention. IMO they're just less liberal than the worst networks. They are also the biggest purveyors of "PC-speak" on TV.

Now, i just call them the pimp network. It seems all they do is pimp their websites, their books, their personal appearances, their mugs and T-shirts, etc. And of course, every 2.5 minutes, another long string of commercials.

Fox never claims to be conservative, but rather "balanced". It's the left that sees it as conservative and the right disappointed when it is not.

The problem BOW is that Shemp is not supposed to be commentary but news. He routinely calls people kooks and crazies who are against the PATRIOT Act or do not believe in man-made global warming and in the context of a news broadcast that is not appropriate. If he were to have an opinion show like Hannity or OReilly have then I would not care its just that he is passed off as objective news when he is far from it.

It sure looks like an opinion show to me. As they all seem to be.

You're both right since today, all "news" is nothing but someone's biased opinion.
