You guys know that if the Fort Hood shooter is convicted of murder in a military court, he will get the death penalty. There is no other option in the UCMJ. He also only gets 2 appeals. One to the military appeals court and one to SCOTUS.
However, if both of those appeals fail, he will not be executed unless the president signs off. Who thinks Barry has the guts to off a Muslim?
