Are we next? Is it intentional?

Most of us know that the riots along the North African coast will probably spread. Question is, who fills the vacuum? Hopefully not the Muslim Brotherhood. But what are they protesting about?

High food and fuel prices, and high unemployment mainly.

But, are we next? Is our current moron in chief pushing us toward being a Third World Country? Is it intentional? Or just ignorance? Anyone look at Drudge this morning? Here are the TOP Stories.

ENERGY CRUNCH:

NM declares state of emergency over natural gas shortage...

TX residents asked to limit use...

Outage in AZ...

San Diego shortage...

Usage at record high in UT...

CA utility told to cut pipeline pressures...

SHELL oil postpones drilling in Arctic; Dem Sen. blames White House...

Mexico cancels offer to send electricity...

Obama's Blocking Of New Plants Triggers Nationwide Blackouts?

How can anyone be so worried about 'the people', be so ignorant that the people want, NEED, to be warm in the winter months. And blocking drilling and generation is NOT going to create more jobs NOR more heat in homes. Or in Football Stadiums for that matter.

Those are truly amazing headlines, especially when you consider the fact that we have more natural gas than we know what to do with. But, if you're part of this Leftist govt, and you want to force the people to convert to some other form of energy, (rubber band power, tofu power, etc.) then they're welcomed headlines. It also shows how totally out-of-touch with reality the Marxist-in-Chief is.

On the other hand, it may also show that he couldn't care less about reality when it comes to pushing his Leftist agenda down the throats of the American people. Another great example of that came yesterday when a federal court held the EPA in contempt for "refusing to comply with the directions of the court", when that court (for the 2nd time) "ordered" the administration to allow off-shore drilling for oil. Comrade Obummer had ordered a halt to all drilling because of the oil spill in LA. It was all the excuse he needed.

The tactic is a typical one for the EnviroNazi's of the Left. While they publicly berate America for relying on foreign oil, they privately and quietly use the courts, the media, lies and distortions, to make sure we can't use our own oil. And what of the American people? Well, they're busy watching TV. I wonder if $5.+ a gal. by spring will wake them up.

Turn off the internet porn and 'merican Idol, for lack of electricity and the rubes will go berserk. Especially if they're already hungry and cold.

They won't be watching any TV or anything else IF the power is OFF. And I don't think these geniuses get that point! I'm sure the power is always on in Pyonyang, and Mubarek's secret hideout, it won't go off at 1600 Penn Ave either.

The difference is the avg NK's and avg Egyptians don't have guns, and FRS / GMRS / CB radios, SUV's, pick up trucks and a history based on REVOLT.

One place I disagree with Glenn Beck is on armed revolt. He's convinced, or so he says, that it's what the lefty, Code Pink, Daily Kos, crowd, lead by Obama and his inside the Beltway crowd want, because THEY have a plan for taking over.

But I just don't see the armed forces OR the armed citizens kow towing to those UNARMED idiots on the left, because THEY say they're in charge.

I do have to tell you that I think if we have fighting it will be bloody and bad, much more like the French Revolution.

Well, if it's gonna be bloody and bad, that means we'll be fighting somebody. And, if you don't think the Left will fight, then who? Remember, there are many very violent parts to the Left such as anarchists, communist students, etc. And Beck is right about the old bags of Code Pink. They have become actively militant and have been spreading their bullshit overseas.

You know i'm not a big Beck fan, but he does hit the target (when he's not playing preacher) when he points out things that aren't always in plain sight, like how these Leftist groups are all linked. IMO, one of the reasons the Left has become so strong is that we have underestimated them. Will we need to fight them in the streets? Probably not. They already control major portions of this country, (media, govt, courts, acadamia, etc.) and they did it without firing a shot. In fact, our side would be far better off if the Left did decide to take up arms and go into the streets with us.

Here in NM we have the 4th largest natural gas reserve in the country but there was a gas shortage. Their excuse......... rolling power outages in west Mexas. Really? Natural gas compressor stations have gas turbine compressors and generators run the station during power outages. The fact is the tree hugging libtards have crippled the industry by fighting every drilling operation in court. NM Gas corp. said that they put their gas in the main transmission line, then buy it back from that line. What kind of retarded setup with this? It just smells of failure and once again leads up to another ENRON scenerio where they can price fix and corner the market and charge what ever they want. The fact was they utilities knew this cold weather was coming, and still failed.
So now there is no gas (I use firewood) then all of a sudden there is an electrical shortage. What do they expect when there is no gas? (Which most people and business's were forced to buy into because it "is" abundant and cheaper) Now there is no gas or electricity how the heck are people supposed to heat their homes? You don't. You are directed to a warming center or someother government saving center. This is such a crock
