Mr. Obama had done NOTHING by the deadline for his inclusion as a nominee for this prize. So how then does he become the winner? Where were, or are, his great works toward World Peace?
You have certainly watered down the meaning of and the power of the Peace Prize by awarding it to him with so little time to do anything of weight. In light of past winners like Martin Luther King Jr., Mohandas Gandhi and The Dali Lama, your choice of Mr. Obama certainly seems odd with their life's works weighed against those of his.
Who will you nominate and elect in 2010? The Taliban? Osama Bin Laden?
