LOL! A lot of what he says is absolutely true!
But he conveniently leaves out any mention of 'Armed Middle America'. Those Russian bastards gave up their right to protect themselves from government so long ago they don't even remember what it was like.
Will my relovers, pumps, bolt actions, and semi-automatics stand up to a full-auto M16? No - but an entire neighorhood/town armed as I am, with determination sure as hell can.

Mr. Bug read the same article today and commented on it several times today. Chairman Maobama IS taking us on a fast decent into Marxism... but hopefully Jimbo is right about 'Armed Middle America' (which may be a good "different name"). :-)
Now how do you argue with this article? Whomever wrote it isn't much of a writer, but he isn't wrong either. Did you ever think you'd live to see the day when Russians call us Marxists? How sad to see our country being destroyed from within, and without so much as a raised voice.
And Jimbo, i understand where you're coming from bud, but when was the last time that armed middle America rose up and demanded something, and got it? And how is it that our country is being turned into a fascist, one-party state, in spite of all our guns?
As i've said before, with the exception of a relative handful of us, the American people don't have the will or the stomach to take their country back. And worse yet, i don't think they even care any more.

I cut my last post off short – can’t remember what I wanted to say now – there was a helluva ruckus outside – I stepped out on the lanai to check it out and witnessed at least 2,000 ‘chanting’ armed forces personnel jog-marching up Kapahulu from Kalakaua to Kuhio (those are street names for those of you who have never visited). They all flew flags of their respective arms of the military – led by fire trucks and police cars with sirens screaming and D.A.R.E. flags flying – all the runners wearing black or yellow D.A.R.E. T-shirts. There was even media helicopters overhead.
Cool.
I guess this was a precursor to the Sodomy Pride Parade tomorrow – meant to make all the fudgepackers angry and nervous. (Honolulu City Officials do things like that – I LOVE it!) I’ll be catching the early “Beach Bus” which services Hanauma bay and the South Shore – No way I’m hanging around Waikiki. AIDS will be in the air (so to speak). I’m going snorkeling! The beaches away from Waikiki should be safe!

Well, let's see. We now live in a one-party fascist state, controlled by socialists and Marxists.
We have been forced into a debt so staggering that it will require several future generations to pay off, if ever.
We are seeing our country's entire economical system being dramatically changed by the president. Not the congress, the courts, or the people, but by one man.
We now have a president who is a not a politician, but a pathological liar, who changes his own words and opinions at the drop of a hat, or a poll.
And, we are under the control of a president who refuses to tell the American people if he's even a US citizen.
So at what point should we start feeling cornered?
I'm not sure that there is ANYTHING in that article we haven't said time and again.
And, we've discussed the armed uprising issue too. I still don't think our military will fire on civilians. I do believe they are just as tired, as we are, of the de-nutting of our rights and I know, from military people we know, that they are tired of the Democrats tearing down the resources and abilities of the military.

The CONSTITUTION comes first, so if the President, or Congress, screws the pooch, then his / their ass(es) goes under the bus too.
I said before that I'm not fit enough to openly fight, but I've lost 45 pounds this last 6 or 7 months, next Monday's "excessbelliectomy" will be another 40 to 100, my doctors differ on their opinions of this. Soon I might be able to fight some, I would gladly have done what I could.
An effective underground / rebel force always needs safehouses and supplies. The majority of folks who worked for the Underground Railroad, never left their homes or farms. Likewise the French and Norwegian Undergrounds during WWII. I'd gladly do those things. If not to protect myself, then to protect the Constitution for my sons and grandsons, so they can have America back!
So, bring it on President BOHHICA, we're waiting.
