.
As authorities searched for clues into what could have sent a University of Alabama neurobiology professor on an alleged killing spree, friends and family yesterday described Braintree native Amy Bishop as an awkward introvert on the brink of losing her teaching job.
````
Police in Huntsville, Ala., charged Bishop, 44, with capital murder after she allegedly opened fire on six colleagues at a faculty meeting Friday, killing three. Afterward, she calmly called her husband and asked him to pick her up as if nothing had happened, said police Chief Henry Reyes.
“She was an oddball - just not very sociable,” said Sylvia Fluckiger, a former lab technician who worked with Bishop in 1993.
````
A family source said Bishop, a mother of four children - the youngest a third-grade boy - was a far-left political extremist who was “obsessed” with President Obama to the point of being off-putting.
````
Let’s see – she shot and killed her brother, (maybe on purpose), she may have mailed a pipe bomb to a perceived enemy, she goes on a shooting rampage – yep, that has ‘Obamunist’ written all over it.
We've read in the past that liberalism is a mental disorder.
Gee, you mean NOT ONLY far-right, Bushlovers can go on a shooting rampage?! I guess not, duh!!
You'd think as a good leftist, she'd have gladly given up her gun(s) long ago. Actually her hubby must be somewhat of a nut too. He's quoted as saying she didn't have a gun that he knew of, but he also said she'd gone to do some target shooting recently.
Now which the hell is it?
And where are the anti-gun crowd THIS time? If she'd been a Christian, with a McCain sticker on her pick-up truck, you bet your ass we'd have heard from the "Brady Bunch" by now. But nope, not a word, because they don't want one of an Obamanatrix caught up in the "people with guns and are all mean, CONSERVATIVE, gun nuts" net.
I wonder if they'll get around to interviewing the leftist prosecutor and leftist judge who let her go after she killed her brother. Nah, i don't think so either.
This is another reason why a law should be passed in congress which says all Leftists must wear a large, brightly colored letter "L" (for Lefist/Loser) on their outer most garment, thereby warning the rest of us that we are in the presence of the mentally unbalanced.
Another US Congressman bites the dust over his connection with Bishop:
"Democratic Rep. Bill Delahunt might not run for reelection, ending a political career that spans almost four decades. What's the connection between Bishop and Delahunt? It turns out that in 1986, a 19-year-old Bishop shot her brother Seth dead in Braintree, Mass., a Norfolk County suburb─but she was released to the custody of her mother, who was on a town personnel board, and never prosecuted. Almost all the records of the case are now missing. The Norfolk County district attorney at the time that the district attorney's office issued the report clearing the young Bishop of any crime? That was Delahunt."
WORD OF THE DAY
WE THE PEOPLE, phrase
In theory, this is the ultimate American authority. Regrettably, it’s a neglectful one, which has turned a blind eye to the way its public ‘servants’ have exceeded their Constitutional authority.
