We're talking about Debra Medina here, Tea Party backed candidate for Texas Gub'nor. Maybe she is, maybe she ain't, but who can tell at this point. For obvious reasons, I have little reason to watch a TX Governor race, but this kind of recording sure makes it fun to look in occasionally.

I guess she released a statement afterward and said she's NOT a Truther. And she may not be, but she IS dense as Texas top soil after a 3 year drought, if she missed his point. He gave her plenty of opportunity to back down, but she never went through the offered Exit Door.

I heard many interviews with her and she has done very well.. furthermore, she has won all the debates as far as polling goes. I saw a thing on her on Chris "a-hole" Matthews last night and he tried to play her as a racist because she used the word nullification and so did MLK when commenting on a racist governor who did not want to integrate. Then again, no one watches his sorry show

she looks, by the numbers, to have been doing well. But Beck asked her in plain enough English IF she did or did not believe 9/11 to be an inside job. She would NOT say it. He gave her several opportunities to step away from looking like she is a 9/11 Truther.
If I were a TX voter, I'd be stepping away from a debate winner who either can't bring themselves to say it ain't so, or at a minimum I'd be concerned that she wasn't smart enough to walk away from the question, and THEN make a statement later, denying being a Truther. There's chatter on the web that Beck set her up, I don't see that.
Isn't Beck also crying about taxes on one hand then saying we need a VAT on O'Reilly? Didn't he also torpedo Ron Paul? Beck does not make his money in the mainstream media with the hopes of undermining it.
I'll be home in Austin to vote in the 3/02 primary.
I'll have to depend on SeaDashBug to tell me for whom to vote - though I'm leaning towards Perry.
I lean towards Perry because that's my middle name and he can pronounce 'nuclear'.
In any case, it looks to be a possible runoff between he and the next best vote-getter. Many, many Texans will vote against Hutchison because they believe she should stay in Congress.

I've always heard that only steers and queers come from Mexas. (present company excluded) Obviously, this women proves it's morons as well. For an American to hesitate on that question, even for one second, is really scary. It should also remind us how very effective the Left is at putting out this crap in order to accomplish one of their favorite tricks.

I know Beck has his warts, as do we all. But Medina missed a golden chance to be the next Governor of Texas. She could have had all the Tea Party people AND Beck's 9/12 crowd voting for her. But now she's going to spend the rest of her life defending a 3 minute blurb on the radio.
It's too bad, I think she would have been the best choice, until she decided to go PC on answering that question. And I think that's why she did it, She was afraid of pissing off some of the voters. But when you opt for siding with the 5%, instead of the 75%, you're probably going down in flames.
And she has. Again, too bad.

Nope. It isn’t even my dog. It belongs to my Aunt, who lives down in Texas. She sent me the picture and I absolutely love it. He’s a funny animal, just one of those dogs that gets a kick out of whatever it is that you want to do to him, and he looooves his goggles, because it means he gets to go for a ride in the car. I’m not sure who it is in the edge of the photo.
My dog is a German Shorthaired Pointer. I’d have a picture of her up there but she won’t hold still long enough so the only pics I have of her are brown and grey blurs.
Took her out last weekend pheasant hunting. There were 6 of us, and she pointed out 16 roosters for us. That’s a good dog – she earns her keep. She’s more useful than most leftists.
Speaking of Dogs... it just hit me!!
My dog sleeps about 20 hours a day. She has her food prepared for her. She can eat whenever she wants, 24/7/365. Her meals are provided at no cost to her. She visits the Dr. once a year for her checkup, and again during the year if any medical needs arise. For this she pays nothing, and nothing is required of her. She lives in a nice neighborhood in a house that is much larger than she needs, but she is not required to do any upkeep. If she makes a mess, someone else cleans it up. She has her choice of luxurious places to sleep. She receives these accommodations absolutely free. She is living like a queen, and has absolutely no expenses whatsoever. All of her costs are picked up by others who go out and earn a living every day. I was just thinking about all this, and suddenly it hit me like a brick in the head,
