Criticizing Rush Limbaugh: Over the Line?
click my Rush

But the words of Theodore Roosevelt, issued in the midst of a world war, may still be apt in our present troubles. "To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public."

It's amazing how Rush has been made defacto leader of the Republican Party. You'd think they'd ask him if he wanted the job, or if conservatives or Republicans wanted him to have it.

So I have a President I didn't vote for and a leader given to me by that administration? That seems un-American too.

On the topic of bully Teddy, we need a new Bull Moose, break away party. If the polls from CPAC are true, Mitt Romeny was seen as the best candidate for 2012, then I'm out, I'll vote for my pet Betta fish on a write in. Romney is worse than McCain as a conservative choice!

We need to let the RNC know that too.

Sorry Steve - the Repubs are as bad as the dems when it comes to listening to what the people want - it's all about politics. We didn't really have a say in McCain, why should they pay attention to us now?

Sven is 100% right. While we've been asleep, the two parties have become one. All liars. All crooks. All useless. And because of that, the Obamunists have declared themselves not just another administration, but rulers. They have no qualms about mocking, insulting, intimidating, attacking, and threatening anyone who gets in their way. This is arrogance on a scale never before seen, even in DC!

This is not a new ploy. Liberals have a bad habit of taking it on themselves to "assign leadership" to the opposition. They've been doing the same thing to Christians for years; find a high-profile pastor who makes a stupid remark or does something stupid, and try to make him look like the 'Christian Leader' of all.

Jerks.

I love how liberals the nation over have spent the last 8 years questioning, deriding, and shouting down President Bush, are now claiming it is "treasonous" to use the words of our pet fuckhead, to question Obama's policies, or hope that the policies that he has that we disagree with fail.

They really do confound logic witht he shallow depths to which they are capable of thinking.

HELLO, Friends,
my proposal is to LEAVE those parties and form one to fight the ones currently assembled.

Cute idea Steve, but it's gonna take a whole lot more than that!
