No, he wouldn't fund it, but he would be happy to give the plans to the NY Slimes.

Beware this nasty computer virus: Antivirus Pro 2009. Do not let the name fool you, it is a rogue antivirus program on steroids. My brother had it on his computer and it was IMPOSSIBLE to remove. The process list did not contain the virus processes (atleast none of the ones I was able to find online), system restore did not work, it did not allow him to load in a new antispyware or virus program, and it did not allow him to access the internet. It got through the router firewall, his personal firewall, and his antivirus software (which apparently is useless against this malicious piece of trash). He ended up having to format his hard drive and start from scratch.

Where did it come from and how did he get it?

Lemme see, a submarine wouldn't be able to fly worth a damn. An airplane would make a pretty crappy submarine.

But, if you combine both functions you'd get a lead balloon that would burn an incredible amount of R&D bucks.

Could the folks over at DARPA be hitting the bong pretty hard?

Hey, the Mythbusters proved you CAN fly a lead balloon. Maybe we should have them design the AeroSub.
