wow, that's tough. The people are complaining they actually have to fill out forms to get paid! Almost sounds like they don't want to leave a paper trail with a valid SSN?
Wonder what kind of folks would fall into that category?

This was a perfect time to make jokes about how he doesn't have their money because he gave it away to the poor people, because his campaing helpers already had all they need.
