read all about it

"But the jig will be up soon. The crash of the stock market in the days since he took power (indeed, from the moment he won the election) can increasingly be attributed to his own failure to lead us in the right direction, his failed policies in addressing the recession and his own spreading of panic and fear. The market collapse makes it evident that it is Obama who is the problem, where he should, instead, be the solution."

what say you?

A self employed person making $375,000 per year will soon be paying 40% in taxes and another 16% in social security and medicare. 56% ! Not to mention sales tax, property tax, etc., PLUS they will lose their mortgage interest deduction on their home. About 65% of their income will be paid in taxes. 65% ! These people are going to quit trying and BHO is going to have to lower his definition of "rich" to $40,000 and tax them more. It's a self fulfilling prophecy. Talk about panic! BHO and HLT can EAT ME too!

I think Dick is taking a sidelong shot at the Presidents ethnicity!! Holy Fecal Matter, Batman! That takes big brass ones.

I agree to a certain extent with his opinion piece. But BOHICA had a ready made panic on his hands when he stuck his dick skinner skyward and took the oath. If he had come on board with a great economy, he would not have started this downward spiral to get what he wanted.

He would have gone the "greedy, selfish, rich people need to share" route.

Damn, Miss Bug, will you adopt me!? I'll make your breakfast every morning and keep my room clean. Please, pretty please?

Me says you're very full of shit.

If you don't like the New America, Get the F out. Try and find a place where you'll get a better deal. Start in Iraq.

Until then, STFU and be glad we don't throw all the republicans in work camps for what they've done to the country.

I heard these kind of idiotic pronouncements of Love it or leave it! and cowardly threats from unintelligent people back in the 1970s when we were trying to change the world. They were stupid then and they remain stupid today.

Oh, and by the way, in the words of that old song by Jay and the Americans, Vamoose, Jose's (Jimbo) on his way.

I didn't say that I made $375,000 per year. I'm just stating the facts of Obama's new budget. But who knows.... Maybe I do! ;-)

Yes kids, we're being bent over further than ever before. And yet, no outrage from We The People. No protests. No marches. No tax revolts. No nothing! Just a lot of whining, bitching, and moaning, which is simply a source of amusment for politicians. Is it any wonder why the lying crooks in DC have no fear of sticking it to us? And it's only just starting!

As I've stated before - as soon as Zero's tax plans kick in my pool guy and yard guy are goners because I won't be able to afford them any longer. THAT will help the economy, huh? You see, I used Bush's tax cuts to put people to work. When those tax cuts run out, I'll no longer be able to put people to work. Liberals just don't get it, and never will.

And hey - Dipshit; I'm not a republican - but I would welcome you to come and try to throw me in a work camp. You want my address so I'll be easier for you to find?

Oh, BTW - Have you called the FBI on all of us 'treasonous' people yet? Please report back to us and tell us what they say to you when you call them.

You put the 'p' in stupid - because you would pee all over yourself if you ever came face to face with any one of us.

"Tonight, every American’s individual rights and freedoms are under assault. Instead of upholding the Bill of Rights and defending this country’s most precious and individual freedoms, the Obama administration is waging an all-out war against them. This administration is trampling all over fundamental American rights, from freedom of speech to gun ownership, both enshrined in the Bill of Rights and the First and Second Amendments to our constitution.".....

LOL!
I just sent a message to the Whitehouse asking how my having to cancel the use of services after Obama's taxes go into affect will help the economy - I caught this on the Whitehouse website (emphasis mine):

CONTACT US
President Obama is committed to creating the most open and accessible administration in American history. To send questions, comments, concerns, or well-wishes to the President or his staff, please use the form below:

Thank you.
You can also call or write to the President:
The White House

Washington, DC 20500

LOL! I think I'll write another message and tell them that if they are "the most open and accessible administration in American history" that I want to see Obama's birth certificate and college transcripts! OMG - what a blatant liar. And silly liberals eat his shit for breakfast! I'm laughing so hard I'm crying...

Quick! Someone get me President Obama on the phone! Jimbo says that he's going to fire his pool boy and yard man! We MUST stop the budget NOW and immediately install Sarah Palin as President to save those two jobs!

Your pool boy and yard man will probably find BETTER jobs now the we got republicans OUT of power. Everybody will be better off the more we reverse the conservative revolution and destroy conservatism at its roots which extend down to HELL.

And reverse we are doing. In 5 years you won't recognize this country. Better leave now.

Oy.
Kinda OT, but the link was on the page with the headline story, so...

I'm having a reeeal hard time buying it.

The Whitehouse web page's first subject in the subject line on comments is "congratulations". What an ego trip!

Interesting article CT, thanks for linking it. But Reid and Pelosi deciding "against" a ban? This does not pass the smell test, especially since you can't trust either of them!

C-Bug-
You also needed to add that your charitable giving will no longer be deductable - which will hurt a lot of churches, homeless shelters, private colleges, non-for-profit hospitals, etc. The Gov't will now decide who gets "charity" money - not you.

"Grammie" or whatever name he wants to call me!! said...

Svenska, I wasn't aware of that! What the heck does he think he's doing??

Again, idiocy speaks.

The only changes being proposed for charitable giving is reducing the deductability for the highest tax brackets. As it is now, they get a better deduction for making the same donation that someone in a lower bracket makes. That's not fair and will be changed.

The days of kissing rich ass for no other reason than the republicans are wealth-slaves, are OVER.

Next time, Svenska-idiot, try reading the budget intro where he lays out this proposal.

But I know how much easier it is to sit on your conservative asses and make fun of people who are trying to put out the fire that you arsonist republicans set.

The only changes being proposed for charitable giving is reducing the deductability for the highest tax brackets.

Which will necessarily reduce contributions by those in the affected brackets, the ones who contriute the most to museums, symphonies, ballet and opera companies and college endowments.

That's not fair...

That sounds like my daughters when they were two years old. Life's not fair, boy.

The days of kissing rich ass for no other reason than the republicans are wealth-slaves, are OVER

And that, ladies and gentlemen is the reason that a liberal revolution will never occur. They are a cadre of limp-wristed, effete dilettantes who are much better at practicing the politics of envy and complaint and taking by force of law the wealth of others than they will ever be at producing any wealth of their own. You don't win revolutions by whining about unfairness on blogs.

Fuck their donations. We'll take it through taxation and support the arts and other charities that way.

If they don't like it let them leave. Let them try andfind a country with a better deal. There are none.

The times are a changin.

That liberal revolution? It happened.

nerd said...

Fuck their donations.

Very eloquent and very revealing rhetoric. I imagine that the trustees of non-profit organizations who depend on the largesse of wealthy individuals to ensure the continuation of their mission would disagree with your flippant idiocy.

If they don't like it let them leave. Let them try andfind a country with a better deal. There are none.

You have more in common with the ignorant, jingoistic rednecks of the 1970's who actually believed the words of Okie From Muskogee than you do with Emma Goldman and Joe Hill.

Keep telling yourself that fairy tale.
