Stimulating?

As we all know, yo new president and his notorious congress are all set to bend us over in an attempt to fix the financial mess we're in. Of course, it's not the first time they've bent us over, but this time the pain is going to be memorable, historic, and in many cases, permanent.

There are many things you will never see coming from your govt. Some of those things are truth, efficiency, honesty, and a sincere respect for the fools who get up every morning and go off to work in an attempt to feed their families and pay their bills. Another thing you will never see is a Left-wing, Dumbocrat-inspired handout program that is in any way temporary, especially the one's we're told are temporary. Once they get away with it, that's the end! The Demoncrats know that, without giving your money away to those who don't want to bother earning their own, have been taught it's their "right" to spend your money, and to people who don't even belong in this country, (just to name a few groups) they have no political base. Save for the Kool-Aid drinkers, who else would vote for them?

Along with a short list of how your govt. is going to waste your money, this article shows how little respect congress has for the American people. Perhaps, this Left-wing congress, seeing no backlash or outrage from the people, feels the people deserve no respect, and seeing no outrage from the people, who could disagree with them. It's rather odd that this "government of the people, by the people, and for the people" has decided to totally ignore those people when so much is at stake. Odd, but not at all surprising in this "New Amerika". People who have worked hard and lived their lives responsibly are not going to like what's coming their way...

I have been following this crap bill since it's inception and it just sinks farther into the sewage with every hand put on it. Meanwhile the unit I am assigned to is operating 780,000 dollars in the red and will possibibly have to send back our GSA lease vehicles(another scam)and cut back on some training.

So if we do nothing and just ride out the decline, will you shitstains blame Obama?

Of course you will. You're vile, disgusting creatures.

QUOTABLE QUOTES
“With all of its political implications, hijacking the [U. S. Census for 2010] from the Commerce Department and letting it be run out of Rahm Emanual's office, is like putting PETA in charge of issuing hunting permits."

"Not that the average American has a clue .. but Congress, are you listening? According to the latest Rasmussen polls, only 37% of Americans now support the economic stimulus bill. That means that 43% are opposed and the rest can't tell their head from a hole in the ground.

But consider this ... a stimulus plan that includes only tax cuts is now more popular that then economic stimulus plan being offered by Democrats in Congress. Compared to the 37% who support this Democrat spending bill, 45% of Americans favor a tax-cut only plan. Why is this? Because Americans know that they would spend the money better than any politician in Washington. But, of course, this is something that is never going to happen. And the reason is simple: power. These Democrats in Washington are not really interested in stimulating the economy. They are interested in making sure that they get to spend the money to fund their pork barrel projects and future campaign commercials. Money in the hands of the American who earned it simply does not translate into power for politicians in Washington. It's just that simple. Maybe I need to say that again ... louder this time:

Tax cuts ... letting people keep the money they earn and spend it how they like ... does not translate into more power for politicians in Washington. They grow their power by spending your money .. not the other way around. Again .. it's so simple. Maybe the American people are figuring this out"..... Neal Boortz

We tried it the republican way for decades.

Are the people who favor more tax cuts the same ones who thought it was a good idea to buy a $500,000 house on a $50,000 salary?

Besides, these numbers say something else:

Slightly more than half the country approves of President Obama's $800 billion-plus stimulus package, a new CBS News poll finds. But support for the bill has fallen 12 points since January, and nearly half of those surveyed do not believe it will shorten the recession.

Fifty-one percent of those surveyed support the stimulus package, while 39 percent do not. An additional 10 percent don't know. Last month, 63 percent supported the package and just 24 percent opposed it.

Americans believe the president is following through on his promise to establish greater bipartisanship in Washington: The public overwhelmingly thinks Obama is reaching out to Congressional Republicans, with 81 percent saying he is doing so.

Personally, I can't wait to see the people of this country suffer. They deserve it for their past behavior of voting republican.

I hope they starve.

So we are going to sell our great grandchildren into debt slavery and bring in hyperinflation for us because we have to do something? Isn't it better to do nothing at all than something that will make things worse?

And the other 55% don't pay taxes

In their defense, the Dumbocrats think these line items for STD programs, food giveaways, etc WILL increase the economy. I have several friends who swear that making those programs larger means they have to hire more people to make the programs run, get the buildings built, whatever.

I don't buy it, but that's the thinking.

Of course, the fact that CBS is the most liberal of the Big 3 networks (do they need a bailout too?) isn't skewing the results at all.

Missy, your grandchlidren are already screwed thanks to the doubling of the debt under bush and reagan.

If you'd like to compound that by bringing them into a third world culture of poverty, a feudal system where the top 5% has everything, go for it.

Have you seen the new cover of Newsweek?

"WE ARE ALL SOCIALISTS NOW".

It's probably the first truthful cover they've ever done. What they seem to be saying is that America, one of the last remaining capitalist countries, has finally joined the EU in socialism. And, (like it's a surprise) they're blaming the former Oval Office nitwit for it all. What of the left-wing Demoncrat congress that actually runs the country? Oh, they seem to have left that part out.

It was bush's failures that forced the socialization of the financial sector.

It was bush who went on TV to tell people that they needed to pony up $700 billion to rescue the banks and investment houses ro face collapse.

It was bush who pushed through a crude, not well thought-out precription drug benefit for the elderly that greatly increased the burdens on the Treasury.

HLF asked "Are the people who favor more tax cuts the same ones who thought it was a good idea to buy a $500,000 house on a $50,000 salary?"

the answer is NO, the people who bought houses they could not afford want a stimulus plan that lets them keep their house and cancels their mortgage - other wise known as liberal democrats.

conservatives did not buy unafordable housing - they are the ones who understand how tax cuts stimulate the economy

According to the way our Gov't is supposed to work - what with separation of powers - it is the Congress, not the President, who is suppose to be in charge of spending money. So how can the entire financial mess be Bush's fault? And why is Obama the one to fix it?

Anonymous said...

because I am the anointed One, your savior, I have been chosen to lead you.

HLF's line of reasoning is that "since Bush did bad things, it's OK for Obama to do bad things"

that's not Change - that business as usual, proving Obama to be a JAP

HLF's line of reasoning...

That requires a stretch of the imagination to apply the word "reason" to those childish rants. His sole raison d'etre is to excoriate those here for the financial idiocy of George W. Bush and his cronies. A financial idiocy, I might add with which I and many others on the right disagreed and continue to disagre. His infantile strategy, if it can be called that, is to bait others into a position of defending policies and procedures with which they disagreed by the use of immature name calling and profanity. This is a fool's errand at best. No, I shall not fall into that all too obvious trap. His Freudian slip is showing.

George W. Bush was no conservative. A conservative believes that we should return our nation to a monetary system based on gold or silver so as to prevent our elected representatives from printing any amount of money they so desire for any purpose they see fit. A conservative belives that the disastrous practice of offsetting today's spending against future tax collections is the worst kind of folly. A conservative believes in a sensible national economic policy. George W. Bush appeared to have no domestic economic policy other than to allow the chips to fall where they may. A conservative believes that our nation should not engege in military adventures in foreign countries that pose no threat to us solely to effect regime change.

If John F. Kennedy were alive today he would be a right wing conservative; for he believed in low taxes, a strong military for defense of the United States. and helping rather than hamstringing U. S. employers with burdensome, prohibitive regulations and an extortion-based taxation policy.

Nerd for Pres!

I also note that (in another thread) HLF is openly calling for the death of those who disagree with him.

In my opinion - that officially makes him fair fucking game.

Start watching under your bed, HLF. Who is that following you? Did you hear that extra 'click' on your phone? Haven't you seen that guy in the restaurant before? Was he watching you? You better invest in some kevlar. When you threaten others, all bets are off, fool.

You blew it.

A preemptive strike may be headed in your direction. Will it just be a broken leg, or will it be worse?

We know who you are and where you live.

Bwaahahahahah!

And now - even though this post was a complete farce (except for HIS calling for the death of those who disagree with him) - watch - the worthless cocksucker will take it out of context. That's how the brainless communist shit-eating bastard works. All lies.
