A man accused of stealing three boxes of condoms at a CVS drugstore on South Congress Avenue may have to spend up to two years in jail if convicted.
Michael Wayne Nichols, 49, was charged with state jail felony theft.
A drugstore employee saw Nichols conceal three boxes of “Trojan-ez” latex condoms and leave without paying for them on Tuesday, according to the arrest warrant. The condoms were worth $17.97. The offense is a state jail felony theft because Nichols has two prior theft convictions. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Huh??? Why would someone steal something the government gives away? Two priors - he's obviously a genious anyway. I bet he was wearing an Obama T-Shirt.
No, it would be because the parties (or party) in this case get off on letting others see, and are under the mistaken impression that others WANT to see.
There's a big difference between flaunting your good luck in partners by holding her around the waist while you walk around the mall and, um, what this guy was doing.
I suppose it COULD be for your viewing pleasure.... if you're into that sort of thing.
