Hold on kids. There's a whole new investigation being started on Bubba and Hitlary, involving some major "contributions" to Bubba that "somehow" found their way into Hitlary's pocket! Yomama might find himself sitting all alone at his first cabinet meeting. (LOL)
Yesterday [Tuesday] the Senate, under the leadership of Harry Reid refused to seat Burris because the Illinois Secretary of State would not sign the appointment from Governor Blagojevich, stating that Burris "lacked the credentials to be seated." Harry Reid has a lot of faults but racism is not one of them. He is however a politician with a keen appreciation for and awareness of his own and his party's self interests. Reid and the Democratic Party are well aware that Burris will be vulnerable to a Republican challenger in the next election cycle. But, what the hell? That's how politics works. If the situation were reversed, the Republicans would be doing exactly the same thing.
