So far Obama has been noted for 'tossing people under the bus'. Why should anyone (the homosexual lobby included) be surprised that he's now moved to tossing entire groups under the bus.
Does anyone know the actual percentage of American society that is homosexual? This looks like a numbers game to me. There are probably a lot more social conservatives than there are gay people.
Once again, I just have a hard time working myself up into a lather about gay people. I have never been attacked by a roving band of homosexuals who held me down and did my hair, makeup and nails.
If you listen to the radical gays, they'll have you believe there are hundreds-of-millions of gays in the US. It's the same trick all off-the-wall groups pull to get more attention from the MSM. There is power in numbers, even if it's only an illusion.

It matters not a whit to me how many people there are who prefer the romantic company of someone of the same gender; but it would appear that it does matter to Senator Obama, else he would not have asked Reverend Warren to to deliver the invocation at his inauguration.
As to the question of affording homosexuals the right to marry [or any other right for that matter], I fail to see how the state affording these rights has the effect of denigrating my marriage vows. I believe that the state has no business in dictating who among us can marry.
