Most of us have our coming of age moment in our teens to late twentys. It would seem that one of the people who is slavering over the open Senatorial seat for NY was 44 when that moment hit.

Kennedy is 51 now, she was 44 in 2001. Do we, as a nation, need yet another poor little rich kid, with a family history of "public service", making our future laws?

Not to mention, do we need someone who was 44 before she saw a need that she could fill, given her money and background. Personally, I can't imagine having the freedom to live with my head in the clouds that long.

Caroline Kennedy's political views are:
1. NAFTA and CAFTA "should be looked at again."
2. Is pro-choice
3. That same-sex marriage should be legal.
4. Supports the bailout of Chrysler, General Motors and Ford.
5. Is pro gun control and believes that the Clinton assault weapons ban should be re-instituted.
6. Opposed the Iraq war from the beginning.
7. Endorsed Barack Obama in January 2008.
She was also co-chaired Senator Obama's VP search committee, so I would imagine that he would welcome her as an ally in the Senate.

Yes, and JFK was a perfect example of fatherhood. Just ask MM, (oh sorry, she "killed herslef", didn't she) and about 2 dozen other broads. Then of course, there was Queen Jackie (the Gold-digger) grandpa Joe (the bootlegger) grandma Rose (the psychotic) uncle Teddy (the lady killer, literally) cousin Will Smith, (the rapist) and God only knows what the rest have done. Princess Caroline is perhaps NYC's best known recluse. She's about as normal as most other ultra-liberals, meaning she's totally off-the-wall, which should make her a perfect pick for a senate controlled by off-the-wall Dumbocrats.

And for those who are against all public (and even private) Christmas displays and even the mention of "Merry Christmas", FYI: yesterday Christmas was celebrated by more people in more countries than any other single event of the year. Even in places where it had never been celebrated before.
