Amid all of the things happening in the D.C. area that most of us would like to forget and hope is just a bad dream, there have been a few good things happening. I know when I get hit up for donating to my favorite charity, I have a hard time deciding between Make-a-Wish Foundation and Wounded Warriors.
Attached are a couple of links with articles about my brother. Remember, the one who got lead poisoning last February? One even comes from the NY Times!!!!
In spite of the 400 or so people that we wish could be moved from the city, there are a few who really do seem to be patriotic.

If your brother is back in NYC we'll round him up and toss a few down his throat for you. Glad he is doing fine! And as always, you have our support , admiration and appreciation, even here in NYC!
We'll even get him a ho or two.
“It feels good to be here,” he said. “It’s nice that people care. At least it’s not like Vietnam and people don’t just spit on us.”
Alan - We care! Thanks for the update. You and your brothers (and Schtevo and other verterans) are our heroes, and always will be.
Unlike silly liberals - We will never forget. To my last breath and wish - tell your bro (and yourself) he can count on that.
